HOYTS Broadmeadows

I have been a loyal customer of Hoyts, Broadmeadows for many years. However, their customer service ripped off the pin number of my son's $50 gift card and the person in charge did absolutely no thing about it! Thank you for the arrogant behaviour. I'm very disappointed but not surprised!

Spoiled our date night, untrained staff put at front to handle customers. Team at Broadmeadows Hoyts seriously lack customer handling and hospitality skills. Even after escalating to the guest experience team via an email about the rude and inappropriate behaviour of the female staff that actually spoiled our experience last night they came up with silly excuse that due to darkness they weren’t able to deliver the order. Come on, no one is expecting sunlight in a movie hall. If servers are so dumb that they rely on light rather screen and seat numbers then I would say they need to reconsider how they train and hire their staff. Please avoid ordering (Food) from them and relying on them to deliver onto your seats. Actually, to be honest its not just about messing up with the food order but rather how rude she was and unapologetic. She took off her name badge once I told her I am gonna complaint and told me to pick cold food and have it.

Went to watch the 5 night freddy movie with my kids and it ended up being so boring. The seats were nice but I feel like the claw machine is rigged.

Great place to watch a movie. Plays foreign films as well as the big blockbusters. Me Cinemas have reclining seats now and prices are reasonable.

Great service and recliner chairs at a good price. Our go to cinema which isn’t in our local area.

Recliner on every row, less expensive than any other theatre, and many branches to make it available or accessable. What else you need.

Amazing cinema, great location near cafés & eateries but could be a little more clean without popcorns, paper bags and plastic thrown around on the floor and seats.

Worst service you can ever get. Waiting on food for ages you almost miss your movie each time. Staff have no concern for customer service either and you rarely get a smile. If it wasn’t for convenience and the reclining chairs, not a place I’d come often.

I love this place! Their recliners are divine - wide and comfy and they are better than some cinemas' gold class seats. Staff is always kind and they show good movies and it is rarely overcrowded. I love that they also sell coffee and proper drinks. I was there last night and totally enjoyed it.

I have watched plenty of movies here starting from 007, Indian movies, thor and all. It has a good space, washroom and even you can buy snacks. You can book the tickets at the counter or there are two machines available for online booking. Everything is fine. Enjoy the movies.

Got the wrong tickets issued, young attendant made up by offering free vouchers for our next visit

Lined up and bought my ticket with popcorn and drink, I was Asked to collect my drink and popcorn by staff. Another staff member at pick up collect gives me attitude to go back in line before you collect (staff member didn’t want to understand that I already lined up) and trying to make me feel stupid.
Communication and attitude needs improvement.

Very bad, kids were screaming and throwing popcorn everywhere, there was smoke surrounding the room from kids vaping, over all the movie was good with comfy chairs?

Staff said they have cleaned the movie theater it is absolute disgusting and putrid and a joke there is popcorn all over the floor and rip seats what a joke

Dirty toilets with no toilet paper in stalls (I checked three before using tissues I had in my bag!) or hand soap in any dispenser. The cinema lights were left on while the movie was playing until someone went and told them. All round yuck experience.

Did not enjoy the movie due to other younger patrons. It's a good set set up which makes it a shame. Won't go back. Whoever that crowd was in batman the other night.fml.

Amazing. Unexpected because it's broady. But they have 'XTREME' class screens here too. Very clean. Good job guys.
