Great service and good equipment. It's good being able to drop the gear off at a different Hoys location.

It’s all about the smiles this was Hoys makes happen. The service range and prices are very reasonable would recommend anyone to shop or buy from here and support local. Hiring is so easy and simple.

Was very busy.took time to get service even with appointment. Once served, staff were efficient and professional.

Helpful, friendly team. Great prices for such a remote area, half expected a price gouge due to a monopoly on supplies but everything was perfectly reasonable. Loved seeing the hand crafted and local products too.

Of course we got to Dinner Plains and realized we forgot some of our daughters snow gear. Staff were friendly and super helpful and most importantly didn't make us feel stoopid.

Bonus was that they have a shop on the mountain as well if something like a strap fails you can swap the equipment quickly without eating into your time on the slopes.

I was sadly disappointed by the way I was treated after I fell sick with the flu half way through my hire week of equipment. I went to them with my skis and poles on the Wednesday (paid up till Saturday) and told them I could not ski anymore because I was sick and they would not refund my money instead told me I need a certificate to get a refund. Was very unimpressed will not be returning.

Over priced and poor selection of gear. They advertise that they have a good variety but this is not true for this store. Staff did not bother explaining how to use the gear either. Obviously they are more interested in getting you in and out rather than giving a good experience.

Pre-booking equipement online ensured that specific gear was reserved and ready upon our arrival. Chain fitting service for our vehicle was provided and also available at all Hoys stores during business hours as well as on road service between Hotham and Harrietville at the chain bays. These guys are great! No other service like this at Mt Hotham or Dinner Plain. Thank you for ensuring we had a great trouble free trip!

Very helpful and knowledgeable team at Hoys Dinner Plain. We had some absolute beginners and they got the gear just right!

Helpful staff or though sometimes they get a bit confused. It can get busy depending on what time you go there. Reasonable selection of gear for a small shop.
