First time attending venue.

Excellent dinner and desert.

Service was fantastic.

Portions were spot on, value for money, we will be back!

Great beers especially the stout. Didn't order food but I definitely felt like I was missing out every time someone's order came out.
Two notes and they relate to wait staff.
I get that you may have new staff on post covid and lockdowns. Please continue to teach them about the beers you brew and serve. The knowledge appears to be there but not quite confident about it yet.
Secondly listening to tiktok songs from the front bar radio as ambient music is not what I'm looking for in a brewery vibe. Maybe have some set play lists it'll definitely bring things up to a five star with those two things looked at.
That being said. I'll definitely come back for food and that stout.

We went on a bad night, the service was woeful, the meals weren't great, extremely disappointed after we were told they were great.
Not going back anytime soon

Great food, good prices and fantastic service. The venue itself is a little devoid of atmosphere but everything else makes up for it

Excellent service and the menu was pretty impressive! Our meals were yummy and the beers tasty! Great place to stop on our way home to Melbourne from the Prom!

Being a local I hate to leave a bad review but the platter for 2 was disappointing the chicken had a real bad taste about it like it'd been cooked earlier and reheated or was no good to begin with. And the beers are trash, only 1 I remotely liked was a middy last time I steer away from the palace hotel!

The food is fantastic! And the staff are just as good, super friendly and a nice atmosphere. Thank you team for the great service, I'll deffenatly be back again!

Good Beers, the seating area is relaxing and comfortable, and the service is fast and friendly.

Amazing fun, but small, brewery. We stopped in for drinks and stayed for the amazing meals and a trivia night. Staff a friendly and the beer cold

My husband and I just had lunch here and all I can say is WOW! The service is superb. It was very busy when we arrived with our dog, and there wasn't any tables available in the shade. The manager was able to unwind the shade attached to the building and move us. The food is fantastic, and the beers are delicious. I would absolutely come here again.

Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Good variety of beers to choose from. An all round great experience, we will be back

Had a great night tonight at Howlers (turns out Thursday night is trivia night.surprise!). Meals were awesome, massive serves and all delicious, very reasonably priced. The boys very much enjoyed the beers and the atmosphere was great. We weren't made to feel uncomfortable having the kids there either which is always great. Will definitely be back

Yeah, this place is pretty cool. Lots of different types of beers to try, go for the paddle experience to get through them all. You can buy cans to take home but they don't always have the full variety available. They had some live music too on the Sunday we were there. Kids menu is good value and standard fare, and the adult meals were your typical pub style grub. Inside and outside dining areas, a little boho in style, good for lazing about while listening to the band.

The meals were picture-perfect! They were huge and delicious! Very reasonable prices given the size of the meals. The staff were so helpful, pleasant and interacted with our group in a friendly and relaxed manner. We shall return!

Food was fantastic. Kids meals were well portioned. Adult burgers were delish, beers were yum and quite surprising with lots of flavour. It was a shame it poured with rain cause the beer garden looked great to sit outside in.

5/5 for everything! The food and beer were good quality and interesting variety. The staff were really nice and helpful. I have an allergy and the staff and chef went beyond what I usually experience. Highly recommend a visit.
