Love everything about House of Handmade. They have a gift for any occasion & special treats for yourself as well. I’ve bought many presents & always been happy with the variety available and attended three of the workshops. I’ve loved all my interactions with the team at HOH. Highly recommend.

Best gift store in town!

Visited here with my mum today and was surprised at the poor customer service. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, nor were we asked if we needed any help. Anne at the front desk was stand offish and didn’t say a word to us whilst we were in store. When I made my purchase, she exclaimed how “quick of a shop” it was whilst looking me up and down. It was our first time visiting and probably wouldn’t go back. Bought some decent items, however had a very poor in-store customer service experience, I felt very uncomfortable.

Great products. Awesome service. I made an online order and in less than 24hrs they refunded the shipping charge and hand delivered the items to my home. Highly recommended.
