Emily was incredibly helpful and kind! House of gowns have a great range and I am so happy with my wedding dress- I ended up buying the first one I tried on! Emily was even able to organise some customisation when I made the order so I am extra in love with my dress and can’t wait to wear it, I went to other shops and was very disappointed how I was treated elsewhere, would HIGHLY recommend a visit here if your wedding dress shopping!

Emily and Jenny definitely delivered on creating a fun and positive experience on finding the perfect wedding dress! Emily definitely made wedding dress shopping feel so fun and easy! Emily is so lovely and sweet! She was sooo accommodating to us especially with our appointment times and changes. I had tried so many dresses at other stores before but House of Gowns has a lot of variety, colours and styles of dresses whether it is wedding dresses or dresses for bridesmaids.

All the dresses were sooo beautiful! Emily never made us feel rushed, instead she offered great advice and suggestions to what we liked and our preferences. Emily is so funny too and we felt so comfortable at House of Gowns! We felt beautiful in all the dresses my bridesmaids and I tried! It was such a fun and awesome experience! I was so happy when I found my dream wedding dress and my bridesmaids found their beautiful dresses too at House of Gowns! Our guests and Ed (the groom) complimented how pretty the dresses from House of Gowns were!

My daughter and I did 2.5 days of wedding dress shopping. This was our second shop we went to and two days later went back to buy my dress. Of all the shops we went into this one is by far the BEST. Outstanding customer service, greatest range/design choice, reasonable prices. Will recommend House of Gowns to every bride to be!

I had a wonderful experience at House of Gowns trying on wedding dresses. Both staff members were lovely to deal with and very welcoming! There are so many dresses to try on, you can just walk in with no appointment and try on as many as you like. There is no time pressure or pressure from the staff. I had a lot of fun and enjoyable experience shopping here.

I went for my first wedding gown shopping here last week and I have to say I am blown away by the customer service, amazing gowns and reasonable pricing.
I was anxious to try on gowns and I had an idea of what I wanted but being able to fit and see if it looks good on me was a game changer.
The person who attended me was very patient and allowed me to decide on what I wanted. She is very knowledgeable and Waa helpful in providing me different ideas.
I have browsed different wedding gowns online and this shop was reasonably priced and the quality is also amazing!
I highly recommend going to this shop if you are undecided! I haven't made a decision yet but I'm pretty sure will go back here when I'm ready to make a purchase ️

I'm so glad my friend recommended House of Gowns to me! My bridal party and I recently visited the beautiful store and had the most wonderful experience. The team were so helpful and accomodating to all my requests. Nothing was too big of an ask. What was even more wonderful was that Emily was a fantastic listener. She provided me with a variety of gowns that were suited to my liking and made some recommendations that would compliment my body shape.

Amazing customer service, beautiful gowns for not only the bridesmaids, mother and mother in law and the flower girl. The selection of bridesmaid dresses was great with a wide range of styles, and colours. The Mother of the Bride dresses and Mother in law dresses had a wide range of styles that was perfect.
