11I am at standing at the closed gates at 9: 11am. I did see the store person unlock the doors and leave them closed and go out. Not happy
Generally a good place to look around. Have bought several items there, and they are very helpful.
(Last year they were closed at 4: 15 pm on a Friday. No sign apology or any notice. Not great customer service unless it was some kind of emergency.)

Last time I went there was before covid, that should answer how my experience went with House, never plan on returning anytime soon, I'd rather go to an op-shop.
Went today to purchase kitchen scissors, I was informed they don't accept cash? I only had cash.

Gr8 ifn you can get around the stock in a very small shop. Pretty reasonable prices. Always a sale on. Girls I don't know how you do it.
Lady that served me was extremely helpful, and happily helped me carry my items to the counter so I didn't break them.
I had no issue with the local staff there. But I'm disgusted that the Baccarat brand that all the House stores are full of is dishonest. Baccarat claims to be Australian and it's why I purchased an item, only to get home and see it was made in China. I'll be returning it and demanding a refund. I'm not exchanging it, because I don't want anything else from House ever again. This was the first and last time I will buy anything there.
My partner and I came into house today to have a look at some things and I must say the customer service from Lisa was amazing not only did she go above and beyond for us but she was also so friendly helpful and had a bubbly personality something you don’t get every time you walk into a shop will definitely be returning for sure. We walked in to get some knives and forks walked out $500 later money well spent with great customer service like that. A big thank you for all your help today Lisa
