Went in with the wife to purchase a large amount of stuff for our new house once at the counter I'm told how much I pulled my cash out and I was told they don't take cash? Seriously cash is still legal tender last I checked, after using House for many many years as our go to we will not be back. You can keep your products

Went in yesterday for a last minute present (again). Had no idea what i was looking for or wanted. I bumped into Fatima who was super friendly and helpful. She showed me around the shop giving me options for different price ranges. Her service was excellent and she had me out of the shop sorted in no time.
Highly recommend looking for Fatima if you're stuck for ideas or need any sort of help!

I can't tell you how impressed and happy I am with the staff at this store. I've been to this branch multiple times for gifts or things for my own kitchen and the staff where always helpful. Especially Fatima and Mei Mei, extremely helpful and kind, Fatima was able to find the best deals and helped me save money while buying things better then what I was originally picking.

It's a terrible place to shop. The staff are dishonest, as making false promises to you about the products. Then you are brainwashed, spending money with faith. BUT, when something is wrong with it, you come to the shop for a warranty, etc, they become totally nasty. They will find any excuse to push you away. It means they are not responsible anymore, as your money has already been in their account. Done!

It's the little things that make a difference. I had a fairly cold experience at a competitor in this shopping centre, so it was a great change to deal with staff with top notch customer service (warm, friendly, attentive but not chasing you around the store) and great product knowledge.
And there's a decent range of good quality homewares and in particular, kitchenware, at reasonable prices.

After being denied a purchase as I wanted to pay cash I will never shop at your business again. Boycott all stores only taking cash.

The man who served me was great, very informative and helpful - i went to purchase the item within 2 minutes of being in store.
Unfortunately a lady who worked there then interjected herself into the conversation with a bad attitude and tone to her voice, not a nice person.

Great homewares store. Always wait for the sales though a their markdowns are usually pretty good. Fortunately they nearly always seem to be having a sale of one kind or another.
