I purchased more than 1 expensive cookware item from this store, when I do check out they didn’t even ask me about my VIP membership card and when I reminded her she was telling me that she could not add the points to my card because she finalise the bill. That was ridiculous and as a cashier their responsibility to ask the customer about their membership. Rude staff member and bad attitude. This Werribee House store doesn’t have a good customer service. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
Went in on Easter Saturday to purchase a few things I needed.sales assistants were both at counter talking when I put my items on counter they continued to talk and didn't acknowledge me. When they finally did I only had cash and they refused to take it. There was no signage saying card only and if eftpos was down they would have to take cash very disappointed
Today we go over there for shopping and experienced worst customer service. Actually we go over there to buy tea and sugar containers, when we am there to non- friendly staff that do you guys sell that containers and she replied no and when we look on other shelves we found that containers on other shelves and we tell that lady that that containers are here, then she arrogantly replied I know that but it’s $59. Sorry to say but it is sound like she is so rude n racist and even she did not look at us as well. Very very unfriendly staff. Really shemeful
The customer service was awesome very friendly and helpful. The store was clean neat and tidy and it was easy to navigate through the store.

I was in the shop today and got served by Margaret who was outstanding. Definitely be back with service like that.
The customer service was poor the worst I’ve ever experienced in a homeware shop the manager was so rude and really disrespectful she spoke rudely to myself and my family members who were in the store with me at the time she also made us feel very uncomfortable being in the store.
After having such a bad experience this store does not even get a one star rating from me.
One lady was really nice and helpful, however when trying to purchase a set that was advertised at $99 her Manager tried to force us to pay $199 and then began to argue with my fiancée that we were wrong and yell at her.
Taylor helped me source some replacement saucepan lids. Clearly, she is passionate about her job & takes pride in her customer service. Thank you very much. In fact, I have always received good service & value at this store. Keep up the good work ladies.
I went to House last week to purchase some items and I must say the service from Margaret was second to none! She made sure we had everything we need for our new house and was extremely friendly. We will be back:)

What amazing and incredible service from the manager at this store. Her knowledge, assistance, professionalism and friendliness was way above what we had expected. We had been looking for knife block sets for months now and her genuine assistance guaranteed a fabulous purchase. Thank you sooooo much! Happy husband and a very happy wife
Extremely poor customer service from who I assume is the manager (older blonde grumpy looking lady). Prices not advertised clearly and staff clearly not familiar with their own stores refund policy. Realised as soon as I paid an item was much more expensive than initially thought and brought it up with the manager straight away without even having left the store. Manager point blank refused to issue refund despite the House website clearly stating refund can be issued by the store. Never had such a nad experience before.
I have never before been treated by such rude and borderline abusive retail staff in my life. Will never return.
The service I received at the Pacific Werribee store was fantastic.
I needed to have an item replaced and was told my the manufacturer to go direct to where I bought it. Having no stock in store Wendy made it her mission to source one. This included going out of her way to find one. This included at least 2 trips to Geelong in her own time to succeed. Thankyou so much Wendy. You have no idea how much your effort meant to me.
Staff clearly could not be bothered serving us and had little knowledge of the items they stocked. Very disappointed. This is why people choose to shop online these days.
I could not fault my shopping experience at house WerribeePlaza.
