Hotel 115 / 115 Grill & Brewhouse

Couldn't speak highly enough, friendly honest staff 24/7, daily room cleaning if needed, great food, and access to plenty of local choice for food! The only reason I dropped a star for facilities was they are currently re dressing the facade for the hallways, other than that was as advertised! However during Reno I still didn't notice the work going on, very courteous towards the guests.

Masters of flavour from the entree of prawns to the morning coffee, the flavours are wonderful. Otherwise breakfast was a little bland and the corridor had an overwhelming smell of artificial strawberries. Don't park out the front after 4.30, you'll get a ticket but there is parking below the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but nothing special and perhaps a little tacky - massive bathroom. All the wonders of Kew right outside with a tram to Hawthorn and the beach.

Room is big and clean but there is no bathroom slipper and toothpaste/toothbrush unless you request. Location is nice, many cafes area the vicinity.

Stayed here for a work conference. Staff were absolutely wonderful, room was great, and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend for anyone!

Service is so poor it's embarrassing. Waiter young lady rude. No common sense even the slightest. Don't even know what we ordered and a 2-3 hour wait for food.
Room was neat and clean but small.

Service from the staff was good, my room smelt like mould, which was a worry, and the shower seemed to turn itself on in the middle of the night

Rooms are lovely and clean and tidy but the restaurant was the real winner here. I could honestly say I ordered one of the best chicken parmigiana's I've ever had and I have had thousands of them from everywhere so that's definitely a big call but I was extremely pleasantly surprised

Ate at the restaurant a few times and the bar staff remembered my order over a few weeks. Great service, delicious food and tasty beer.

Stayed at the hotel which is great but the micro brewery is a shocker unfortunately. The warning signs you get entering the characterless room should be heeded. The beer was off. Nice chips if that’s a consolation.

The rooms are small but quite comfortable, and the mac is definitely a nice addition.if i were to be nitpicky, the foot towel kind of gets caught in the door.

We had dinner with friends at the restaurant last week and the food was very average, unfortunately. The menu looks great but the execution of dishes was poor. Grilled cauliflower stake was a pice of cauliflower that was partly boiled and put on the grilled to get some colour on it. Pasta Ragu tasted more like a reduction. The cocktails aren’t very good either. And for price we paid, it was a underwhelming dinner experience. Sadly, we won’t be back.

I just asked him if I could get a room in a higher level
Without checking he said there is nothing available
Then he went and checked
And I booked for a room with Spa
And that didn’t happen
Worse customer service Ever

Room was messy and wasn’t cleaned properly
Bed sheets not tucked in correctly
Found tissues in draws
Gym was decent food was nice

Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed. Great friendly service from reception. Great undercover parking.

Over all not a bad hotel. Room a bit small, great shower nice thick fluffy towels. Found hallway a bit smelly needs a bit of cleaning

Great location, spacious rooms however the tap ware in the kitchen and bathrooms were poorly installed

I went there for a steak dinner after it was recommended to me. The cut of my piece of steak unfortunately had lots of tendons, so it couldn't be cut with the steak knife and was unedible. However I was offered another steak after reporting that to the waiter. The next piece of porterhouse steak was tender and juicy. I would return even though it was a little pricey. Good service makes a difference to any dining experience.

Stayed 1 night here over the Grand Prix Weeknd when accommodation was so hard to come by. It was a bit out of the way for me but if you had a car it was pretty accessible I reckon. The room was fantastic, I had a Premier King room. Lots of space, great amenities, huge bathroom, awesome shower and the king size bed was soooo comfy I wished I was staying longer so I could sleep in it again

If you are working or visiting someone around Kew then this is a good clean reasonably priced hotel. Has a more bussiness feel than holiday feel. All the staff I met in my two stays I have had a few months apart were 10/10. Never ate there but it looked good. Had great breakfasts around the corner at a place called cru.

Fantastic hotel the meal and service in the grill restaurant.was unbelievable.the bedroom and service from hotel staff was great.will not hesitate and stay there again.
