Excellent service, good charcoal chicken BUT their chips aren’t what they used to be like years ago.unfortunately they must be cost cutting with their chips. Sad, because they used to be the best chips around.

Always friendly staff and the chips are usually amazing.not today though.chips were almost brown, not there normal light crispy golden.and under seasoned.strange for this shop

The staff are always friendly with great service and everything is ready quick and taste great - even when they're very busy.

You will never find a better place that delivers better quality chips than this place. Grew up in this neighbourhood and went back recently and missed it. They're fast, efficient at delivering your food even though there is always a queue and the chips never fail me.

I got 4 shnitzel burgers and chips, when I saw them making the shnitzel burger with no lettuce or tomato I asked if they can put and they said they don't add that. I have never bought a shnitzel burger before that doesn't at least have lettuce or tomato. It was dry, tastless and my kids didn't even finish it off.
The chips were so oily and we couldnt even finish those.
What a waste of money definitely won't be coming back here again.

This used to be one of the best Charcoal Chicken places to go to, however now, the Chicken is tasteless, very dry and somehow small, same goes for servi g portion sizes.

I live within walking distance of this place. Have been multiple times but after each time wonder why I go back. It’s the only charcoal chicken place in Williamstown. Ordered two 3 piece meals and a quarter chicken and chips. Plus a Greek Salad and small scallop potatoes because they won’t replace the coleslaw that comes with the three piece salad for those salads yet I was charged for this. It took me 5 mins to explain what I wanted to the woman behind the counter (not the only time I’ve had issues trying to explain what I want to order with this person). Turns out I got one 3 piece meal not two. When I returned they asked me if I wanted to buy more. I told them not to worry about it and walked out. They’re hopeless and it was the final straw for me. Won’t be back.

Overall, the food wasn't bad and the service and value was pretty good. I've had salad, chips and quarter chicken before, which were decent. I was very disappointed with the schnitzel roll though. They asked if I wanted mayonnaise in it, and I'm glad I said yes because aside from the schnitzel, that's all there was in it. No lettuce. No tomatoes. Not even butter! Just a stale burger bun, schnitzel and little dollop of mayo on one side. In every schnitzel I've ever had, salad and mayo were a given.a basic standard. But, not here.

Better than any KFC, Nene Chicken and other chicken sellers. Delicious chicken for fair prices. Come and try!

Amazing food and drinks at an extremely affordable price, and friendly faces that serve you! The only thing that I would suggest is offering more seating areas and updating both the interior and exterior of the establishment to be more appealing, but that doesn't really matter. If you're looking for cheap, delicious and quick food, there's nowhere quite like Hot Wings.

Great simple hearty cheap food, I don't understand the occasional 1 star reviews. Maybe there's a bad time of the day. Always consistent for me, great chicken chips & sides. Only a good shop would survive on that busy corner, it's a destination people go out of their way for.

Still reviewing here as I have 2 years ago. Amazing fresh chicken and salads. The go to dish is the American snack with a quater of amazing chicken, scallop potatoes and your choice of a fresh salad. Friendly staff and overall amazing value for money.

Grabbed a good mix of food to takeaway on NYE. The staff were very friendly and extremely efficient. Couldn’t believe how quickly our order was prepared considering the volume going through.
The food was delicious, the chicken was so juicy! Definitely recommend this place to satisfy your chicken n chips cravings.

Hot fresh chips, fast as service food was good but needed more salt as it tasted kinda bland. But overall good place to visit for quick meal.

Chicken was juicy and had loads of flavour, chips were hot and delicious! We ordered and came back for more! Highly recommend.

Crispy chips and fresh moist chickens. Always busy during lunch so you know it's a good sign that everything is prepared fresh. Large menu with lots of options and combos but you really can't go wrong with the roast chook combos.

Nice selection of salads as well.

No dine-in at the moment but there are nice parks nearby to sit and eat.

The food.the price.the amount of time you have to wait.perfect! Seriously this place is amazingly cheap and it fills you right up, with a good diversity in food, there is something here that anyone can enjoy!
