What GREAT service. Just one phone call and they new what I wanted. They sent me an e-mail with costings and bank details. We paid for our product and it was sent that day.
I wish all companies were this Great to deal with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless service, unprofessional and like to advantage of elderly women. Disgrace.

The Hot Water Professionals helped me out of a real bind when I'd been given poor advice by a "chancer" plumber. Honest and professional service, highly recommended.

Prompt and professional service at the right price. The plumbing and electrical team were A1, as was the office who were diligent and helpful.

I called them for advice and John was amazing, really helped me despite knowing I was in QLD and they are in Melbourne. I was getting the run around from my builder and he cleared things up for me.

Plumber Daven V from Hot Water Professionals arrived on time, put the cardboard from the carton down the hallway to protect the carpet, did a neat job and thoroughly cleaned up at the end.

Had Daven and Simon come out to fix a busted solar hot water unit and reconnecting a few things. Everything was done perfectly as agreed, and Daven was very patient in running us through the work that was carried out too for our knowledge - a bonus!

Very professional outfit. Brian came on time for a quote, was courteous and knowledgeable about replacing 20+ yo gas system with a new Reclaim heat pump system. Explained long delivery time and set expectation. Head office had follow up calls for rebate organisation and delivery times. When unit became available, Steve and Brain came out on time and did an exceptionally clean and professional install. Happy to highly recommend these guys.

No muss - no fuss. Great service - and excellent experience. From the call to discuss my options, to booking in my appt.the team made it easy - and all at a great price point. I had my old hot water system replaced with a new one. Daven was on time, efficient - and a pleasure - he deftly handled replacing a 20+ year old heater - with not even a scratch on my walls or floors. He even made sure the new service was up and operational right away - and made sure I understood where my warranties were. Great customer service!

There was great communication from the team, a great price and prompt action. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking a hot water service. Quoting and installing a new hot water system in our place was tricky due to the nature of the old apartment block and the gravity-fed in-roof system. Thank goodness for HWP, who were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, prompt, and made the whole (difficult) job of quoting and installing look easy. I just had my first good shower since moving in 8 months ago! Thanks Dijean and team!

Rude, overpriced service.

Initially went with them because they were the warranty repairers for my hot water system. When called out on their pricing being much higher than a very experienced local plumber, they got aggressive and defensive. Would not recommend. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere!

I called up about a broken hot water cylinder which was replaced by the team here who were prompt and professional. They also helped me through the process of claiming government rebates that I was unaware of which was a great help. Overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend it to others.

These guys were amazing. From the initial phone call at 8.30am to the completion of the job by 10am same day. Very easy to deal with and Devan was fantastic, he explained everything to me, he was a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend HWP to friends.

Professional Job at a competitive Price.
I called around few weeks ago to replace my old Aquamax 200 over 21 years of service. These guys were close to me in Port Melb so i wanted to support them. They gave me a fair price over the phone and we set a date that they met. Good clean job and the family is Very happy with the hot water. Well recommended! Bill.
