Hot & Tasty Kebab Stop

Delivery drivers should never go to their store. If you see them, cancel your order because once you go, you will have to wait for half an hour to an hour. Don't waste time!

Is it the best Kebab and HSP that I've ever tasted? Nope!
Is it the best that you can get in Ballarat? In my experience, yes! Customer service could use a massive lift, especially in managing wait times.

I have to say, this kebab shop in Ballarat serves some of the best kebabs and HSPs I've ever had. It's become our go-to place every weekend, solely for the delicious food. However, I must mention that the customer service leaves much to be desired.

We often order by phone, and while we love the food, there's a frustrating delay. Orders only seem to start once you've paid, which adds another layer of waiting time. It's also quite noticeable that some staff members prioritize orders differently, seemingly delaying intentionally.

In short, it's a love-hate relationship with this place - fantastic food but marred by slow service and some questionable practices.

Used to be my go to place with friends but as of late the customer service has been shocking. More so from the older lady who overcharges and yells at the guys working there. Food used to be great but the portion sizes have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. I miss when it was a little van and so do a lot of people I know. Shame to see it go the way it has.

Wasn’t a nice place to visit
I was picking up a menulog order. Was the first in the restaurant, but ended up the last one to leave the restaurant.
Waited for 30 mins, they didnt even say sorry or being apologetic at all.
Im not happy at all. Would never pick up an order from this place again.

This is one of my go-to places as I'm a night owl. It's the only place that stays open until 1-2 am and offers the best food. I highly recommend this place, especially their HSP (chicken hsp is my favorite) and kebab. It's a must-visit eatery in Ballarat.

This place is not good for delivery drivers and don’t order from Uber and other online the staff are very unprofessional and so rude to delivery drivers I’m sharing my experience.

Staff were nice. Got a kebab and they were very generous with the lamb but the entire thing was so bland unfortunately. Lamb was bland, not much garlic sauce at all or tomato. Won’t be back.

There is no way to access the business now for disabled patrons. I'll be contacting the council because there's no way the renovations were approved.

Ordered on uber eats and it toke hot and tasty an hour and 30 mins to fix me a driver on uber plus aswell, not to mention the chips sweated so much in the box I could have filled me asleast a cup full off chip Vapour from the box

Really good kebabs and felafel, with lovely customer service - would definitely recommend!

The foods a good late night snack, me and friends used to always get some delivered after a night on beers, we don’t any more because of changes. But recently they’ve been taking items off the menu online. Kids kabab, gone, small hsp, gone and now you can only get a regular in a meal with a drink. Honestly just doesn’t sit well with me as someone who doesn’t eat big meals. I won’t order again until those items are back! That’s four regular customers gone because of bad money hungry decisions! We just get gravy spot now.

These guys have become a Ballarat staple. Reasonably priced, delicious food and friendly service!

Best ever kebabs in Ballarat. Whenever I visit Melbourne I goto their shop. Fast and quick service.

Unfortunately the one and only vegetarian option was terrible. The falafel was extremely dry and appeared to be microwaved, served with minimal fresh salad I was quite disappointed.

Amazing HSP and kababs, the staff are always friendly and up for a quick chat, easy to order ahead by phone.
The best chips you can get and the HSP is awesome.

Very tasty HSP and has some nice combos.

However, they are very slow in making your food, and I would sometimes notice that I would get charged $2-3 more than what it says on the menu.

Been living in ballarat for almost a year and this is by far the best kebab I've had in that time. Good price too

We’ve been going there every week for over 2 years now. It changed management a few weeks ago. The service is now incredibly slow. And they are now serving the HSP in the cover of the container, effectively halving the size for same price. Now looking for a new kebab place!
