5 stars! Had a work break up over the weekend! Paired up with another group which were fun, had the best day, owners where absolute lovley people, funny, respectful n caring! Layout couldn’t have been better! Can’t wait to come back for another amazing experience! Thank you for hospitality!

My gym attended hotshots paintball today for our Christmas break up. We had a amazing time. The staff were fantastic. I was super anxious and they went out of their way to make me feel safe and to ensure I had a great experience. They were very safety conscious, efficient and gave very clear briefings. The fields themself were so much fun, with different objectives including capture the flag and a money grab.
They had camo overalls, good protective masks, armoured gloves and protective vests for us ladies.
Our group was merged with another smaller group who were also fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and respectful. I saw nothing but smiles on everyone’s faces all day.

Thanks for making my first paintball game such a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The paintball here was amazing! Brought a group of work collegues for the morning session. The play areas are impressive (and exhausting) and the staff are amazing.
We are already planning our next visit.

Had a wonderful day the team at hotshot were awesome and so friendly definitely will be recommending to all.

My overall experience in this place was terrible.

As I was taking off my uniform I was confronted by a female manager in a very condescending and rude fashion, she swore at me, speaking in a way that no business should to a paying customer.

Many of my friends were physically and verbally harassed by the owners. When we confronted them explaining that nothing gives them the right to treat people like this, the owner (Percy) exclaimed that he had full right to do.

Overall my group felt targeted and harassed. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience. Woman started yelling, swearing and insulting me when I tripped over my overalls and it touched the floor whilst taking it off. She was very intrusive and condescending. Furthermore, many of my friends were verbally abused, with name calling such as “mentally slow”, “lazy”, or “uncoordinated”. Although the facilities were decent overall, my experience was completely ruined through the staff’s lack of hospitality and overall human decency.

I have had the pleasure of playing paintball on most of the fields (i think so!). They have various styles of fields ranging from village setup, stonefield setup, mountainous setup and also cowboy movie style. I have played here thrice and always had the opportunity to play on atleast one new field.
Great service, good staff and good barbecue area.
Have certainly set a new bar for amazing

Very professional and caring nature from the old coulpe (Jill and Percy). Great course of field, feels like actual scenarios. I Highly recommende this place. Had the best time here in australia.

Had been to this place with my family and friends during a long vacation. Percy and Jill gave us a warm welcome and also asked their staff to guide us about the game since we were new here.must go for everyone.great place and great service!

Seriously if you can go somewhere else, go there, youll be treated better.

The woman running the centre was awful, she called us on our way to the field and didn't ever try to be polite or considerate, she lectured us on inconveniencing her.

She was hostile and rude & caused a lot of upset for family who'd travelled over the state to enjoy a fun game together. We were arriving 15 minutes before the start time and ended up starting 5 minutes late.

She told us she sent an email the day before telling us to be half an hour early then changed it to say she sent the email weeks ago. So, just make sure you're not running 10 minutes late or you'll be harrassed and bullied by the staff in front of all your team:)

And if you're arriving in a v6 ute and try and drive over the massive ruts in the driveway, don't try and rev to get over those craters because you'll be yelled at, humiliated and ordered to pay for a new driveway before even coming in.

I know it's a business that needs to be run, but there are alternatives to yelling at and treating your customers with hostility and contempt.

This was a first attempt for an 18 year old organising an event for her family and you made it distressing when it didn't need to be.

(Also refuse to answer private numbers, and gives lectures about changing numbers to suit them.)

The on the field staff were amazing, but not the management.

We travelled from Horsham here for a bucks party. Great set up, clean bathrooms and a really good crew to lead us through the courses. It was awesome to be able to get extra ammo on the go after each round so no extra walking back to base camp. They were also stocked with water so encouraged us to keep hydrated. Great prices from the starter pack up to the bigger packs. Awesome range of obstacles, cover to hide behind and even a ye olde town. They have a barbie here too so we cooked up some snags before we hit the road again. Would recommend to people keen on some paintball with a good set up for a group.

Poor treatment of customer. I went on a school excursion to what i expected to be a "fun afternoon" however i was extremely saddened. Whilst i was paint balling the one of the staff members (i think the manager) verbally abused one of my friends calling him a "retarad" and other cruel derogatory names that i think in 2018 are honestly just not on.
I went into this experiencing expecting the pain to come from small hardened pellets of paint. Not words.

Verbally abusive staff, very unprofessional towards me and my special needs friends.called us retards.

Could not recommend this place enough! I organised a paintball session for my partners birthday, and was so glad that I did it through Hot Shots Paintball. Jill and her staff were absolutely lovely and made it really easy to organise and were extremely accommodating on the day. The fields are well kept and are the best I've ever played on. The different set ups and styles of games kept it interesting and fun. It was a great introduction to paintball for those in my group who hadn't done it before. Not to mention the facilities such as the BBQ to use after our session which the staff so kindly set up for us. We will definitely be back to try out the other fields. Thank you so much Jill and team for all the effort put in to make it such an awesome experience!

Terrible service. We had organised the paintball for a birthday for a friend of mine. The owner was nice to all the parents out the front but once we got into the game. He was quite rude to us kids, calling some of my mates racist names, he swore quite a bit at us, and was quite verbally abusive. Very unprofessional. Apart from that the actual painballing was fun and good layouts.

Had a great time playing and feeling like a kid again. Great use of the terrain and range of manmade obstacles. Good customer service and safety during play. Place needs better signage though.

Always a great experience coming here, be sure to organise and make use of a group package for saving money, will use heaps of bullets for the first time and it's so pricey if you don't get the package

I haven't played here, however Steve in the pro shop, saved me from spending excess money and helped me diagnose a problem with my bottle - just from a few emails back and forth. He even posted me some orings. This kind of customer service is nearly unheard of - really great crew and would recommend them to everyone.

Quality outdoor paintball venue with a great choice of different fields. Prices seemed pretty similar to other venues.

Fields are great, equipment is great and above all Customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. Ask for Will when making a booking!
