Hot kebab(HALAL)

To start off, we ordered two HSP’s that unfortunately were only half way filled. I was disappointed to find that the chips were sadly soggy and to top it off there was legit hardly any sauce on it at all. The sauce was gone in three bites and we were left with dry HSPs and a sad experience lol

Used to be good! Unfortunately quantity and quality of ingredients has gone downhill. Hoping they can improve.

Came in at 10: 30pm, friendly staff - ordered 2 hsp - meat still fresh, made to perfection, great ratio of well seasoned chips and great amount of cheese / mix meat, would ideally need more sauce other than that, really good HSP! Thankyou!

Give your self a favour and avoid this place
Even if this is the only place open in whole Melbourne again avoid this place and stay hungry because you are going to pay over priced food here and get the worse food you ever had in your life

Best kebab shop in area. The most delicious kebab I’ve ever had. The manager is very kind and welcoming. The shop is also amazingly clean. In one word, the best.

Rate is high 2 or 3 dollar from other shops but quality is poor.every time they just put souces just very minor and take extra.they dont have bags, every time they dont put forks and tissue. Very bad experience every time

Good hsp but pretty expensive.staff here are unfriendly like most kebab stores and the seating outside is pretty janky.

Okay place, the HSP is overpriced though but quantity is good. Bit to oily and greasy to my liking but maybe that's how HSP's are meant to be.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Tiny servings for inflated prices. Below average kebabs. Literally watched them open a bag of supermarket frozen chips and just fried it as it were normal. Never had this kinda subpar food in a kebab joint ever. Would not recommend if you are after a decent kebab or just even a feed.

Purchased a HSP - hardly any food in the box, and prices have gone up a lot.
When I phoned them to let them know I was unhappy with this - they kept me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. Worst place ever! Don’t go there. Total rip off.

There's no customer service at this place.been there twice.u gotta wait 10-15 mins for someone to appear and get your order.they call it 'chips that I'd like to call rubbish.just go somewhere else to get better sevice and for better food.

I’m doing overnight shifts nearby and these guys have been pretty much the only ones open, i’ve ordered from them a couple times and every time the food has been delicious and the workers have been so kind.cant recommend enough!

If you’re looking for a kebab that will barely feed a 5 month old child then this is the place to go! Not only are they the worlds smallest kebabs at $14 each
They barely put any meat or sauce in them and make you wait 40 mins while there is no one else in the shop. I HIGHLY recommended you DO NOT COME HERE!

Worst place i've ever had, ordered a mix and had no chicken in it and the lamb was all cold.suggest the owner to close down as its obviously losing business and can't sustain

Waited for more than 2 hours for delivery from Menulog. Looks like they’ve made my order 2 hours ago, didn’t even bother heating it up because the meat and chips were cold. Barely even 1/2 filled into the box. Leftover meat and chips. So disappointing. It’s a shame that I was so happy to finally receive it after 2 hours and disappointment on my face as soon as I’ve opened the box. I’ve been going to this place for the past 5 years.and I have to say my most recent orders from Hot Kebabs have been disappointing. Time to find another kebab place I guess.

They refused to make fresh kabab and said that “ its is impossible we can only give you meat from the leftover tray” very disappointed they showing the fresh meat snd it circulating in front of the heater but won’t give it to you!

Very Small size of kebabs for $14, maybe this the reason why I’m the only customer there, and hot kebab is not hot, the kebab machine is clean up, all meat keep in container, not recommended if you are a kebab lover.

Ordered a chicken HSP On uber eats with cheese, they served me a lamb hsp with no cheese, they charged me extra for cheese and chicken, when i tried to call them they dont answer the phone, and they even got the sauces wrong. Would suggest the owner to close down his business if they dont know how to make HSP!

Customer service is ok, kebab was cold, I couldn't taste any sauce in it, outside banner displaying shop is closed, inside menu is not what is getting sold, I have tried many kebab shop unfortunately this was the poor quality so far! Staff member needs training.

Hot Kebab, Very inconsistent with HSP, sometimes can be awful. But when it’s a good one. It’s the best out there.
Hygiene is horrible, when was the last time this place was cleaned? Food is not “hot” like the name suggests. One plus. When ordered through Uber Eats, a free drink is supplied.
HSP oily, meat quality is okay, can be in too large chunks. Not enough chips, lots of meat, chips soggy,

Once again, has 0 quality control on food. Food Is extremely inconsistent.
