Hot House Pizza

It was my favorite pizza store around here.

I have worked in a pizza restaurant, so I can know for sure whether pizza is cooked or not.

When I opened the box at home after doing Takerway, I felt like the shrimp wasn‘t cooked I just ate pizza and it was a big mistake.

The shrimp was cold and uncooked, and the bread tasted like flour dough.

Even though I heated it up and ate it.

It looked cooked, but it wasn't cooked enough for ham, garlic and shrimp.

My husband and I had to keep going to the bathroom because we had an upset stomach until the next day.

I was so disappointed.

Great shop, good food. Maybe lacking in the service a little but who cares when the food is ace.

I ordered online at 5 pm it said at 5 30 will be ready I arrived there at 5 25pm and they gave me the order at 5 45 pm, when I got home I opened the garlic bread and it was still cold, so ended up not eating the bread.otherwise was good.

Ordered an Aussie with mushroom and onion. I have no idea where the mushrooms were. Ordered to have it delivered. Waited nearly an hour only to receive a cold pizza. Will be looking for a new pizza place.

Never had an issue with ordering pizzas from here, they are very generous with toppings which I know isn’t the traditional Italian way, but hey this is Australia and I love the pizzas there.

Tonight I ordered a pizza in store- there was a 25 minute wait. The line didn’t go down for orders, the phone did not stop. And a procession of drivers picked up deliveries.
It took longer then 25 minutes but I see what the rave is about. The pizza was delicious, the pizza dough was perfect. This is my new favourite place.

Awesome fresh pizzas! Our go to for the past 3-4 years. Big fan of barbeque with meat balls. The wedges with sour cream are a must try too.

- Okay Food, but Terrible Customer Service -

We made several attempts to make a phone order, but the calls failed after only a few rings (similar to when you hang up on someone). We then used their online ordering system, which was far more complicated then it needed to be (e.g, create an online profile, create a password etc. Mate, we’re ordering a pizza, not starting an eHarmony profile!).

When I got to the shop, it was chaos. The line of confused customers was spilling out the door. I got tended to after about five minutes and got told our pizzas were only 6-7 minutes away. I came back in after ten minutes and told our pizzas were just in the oven and wait two minutes longer. I waited another 15 minutes and asked how far away the pizzas were. They asked for my name - for the third time - and discovered my pizzas were ready ten minutes earlier, but didn’t call out my name.

The pizzas were average and cold.

A young experienced crowd showcasing their best efforts. With the children hungry on a Friday night, Declan at Hot house pizza was full of personality, quick and efficient on the phone. Told me what I wanted and needed to hear, overhearing chaos in the back, I feared that the wait would be drastic. I was completely wrong, the final outcome was quick as I easily received my food in 15 to 20 minutes right after calling. Not only is the store consistent with their service, the pizzas are fresh, ideal for a winters night. Will most definitely be back, perfect in every aspect.

Delicious pizza it has become our new favourite. Described a local legend on food delivery apps and it is true. The variety of pizza's are great the taste and presentation fantastic. Each pizza has a generous amount of topping and they are made in reasonable time. Please note it does get busy dinner times so either order via their direct online portal, menu log, uber or call ahead over the phone.

Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery almost always arrives before the ETA and when they are having a busy night they call to let you know there may be a delay and ask if your still like to proceed with your order. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Hands down the best place for pizza!

I am not going to say that this shop does not make good pizza as this is still my families favourite.
But this business has forgotten about good old customer service for customers that have been loyal for many years supporting them in the tough times. Tonight I ordered 1 family pizza which I paid and was told that will be 15 minutes as the shop was very busy thought it may be a little longer.
Me and my young son waited out the front for roughly 25 minutes as we heard some people in the shop got told that there pizza wasn't ready so I thought I would ask if our order was ready we where told I will just check and then told sorry it hasn't even been made, Then I just got a guy yell out he did not come and talk to me he just said you will just have to wait I will make it straight away normally I don't care as people stuff up but waiting 25 minutes in the cold to be not even spoken to in a decent way I demanded a refund and received it. I'm not complaining to cause issues as this shop has great food.
But they only care about the online orders now customer service does nor mean anything to this guy who was running it as he wasn't even kind enough to come and talk to me yelling at me through the shop looks like we find a new place.

Who doesn't love this amazing pizza place in Point Cook! Amazing customer service and super delicious pizza. One request to customers and they have also placed a notice on their counter.please be patient with your order as they are super busy and trust me their pizza's are worth the wait. Thanks for a great experience

This was the most disgusting food I have ever had. I ordered a family vegetarian pizza and a large mexicana and both of them ended up in the bin right after trying their first slices. The pizzas were severely under-topped and completely flavourless. Will not recommend this place to anyone and would never dare to go back to this place again.

We've been customers of Hot House for many years. Their pizzas never fail to impress A decent amount of toppings and cooked to perfection. Great service too. Thanks!

My review is only for Hot & Spicy chicken wings. I am a bit late in writing this review but have enjoyed the wings for last couple of years. It is the best hot & spicy wings I have had in Australia (of course as suited to my palate). They are always cooked well, taste the same every time and the service is very quick. But be aware they are fast selling so grab your order before they finish up lol.

I'm kind of obsessed with this place, although my friends don't really see it:/
They are SUPER generous with the cheese, more so if you're in the store watching them make the pizza ‍️. I'm usually stunned with the Paradox of Choice, so I usually just go with a plain Margherita pizza, but I've had a taste with some other toppings and it's pretty good!
I go here nearly once a week, the pizzas are always so good!
If you haven't already, you should eat here!

Great pizza at a good price. I've been there weekly now for months and it's always great and very consistent.

Best pizza I’ve had in years… the gluten free base is delicious better than the normal flour base.
Highly recommend to everyone.

I'm really fussy with pizza but Hot House pizzas are beautiful. Real quality ingredients and the staff are generous and lovely.
