AMAZING. Best hot dogs in… everywhere! Can’t think of a better dog. Impressed with the unique take, quality and perfection of everything (had the hot dogs and friend chicken). These guys are smashing it, will be back to enjoy more of the menu and share the word.

Bulgogi was slightly a bit salty for me other than that. It was awesome. If ever the next visit here, I'll try another meal

My family and I came in a few weeks ago on our way home from the footy.
Hot dogs were yummy and filling and great value.
Staff were happy and Friendly. Great customer service.
We will be back again

The food is so delicious, I really recommend the bulgogi cheesesteak hot dog- bulgogi toastie and everything… Also the service is amazing, they are so kind ️️ love this place!

Literally the nicest people I have ever met! Very considerate and kind aswell as very attentive to customers with a flashy display! Made me feel like family. The food was super tasty and worth the money!

Hot dog sausage is low quality. This should be the hero ingredient! Toppings were better. The bulgogi beef dog is definitely the one to choose. Large orders (10 +) are likely to be late and/or cold as only one staff member for walk ins and phone orders at lunch. Just my experience!

Came in. And I was greeted like I was president Obama. Service was 69/10. Food was 420/10 and the nicest blokes on da block.

Not exactly cheap eats at $15 but the chilli dog I got was really good. Good quality bun. Dog had a nice snap and the chilli was very flavorful. I will be back

So i usually don’t take the time to write these.but i wanna take the time to talk about my experience today.so me and my partner went here for lunch and right off the bat the greetings we received were lovely and we’d already been here before so as always the food was amazing.thats not what i wanna acknowledge today though.me and my partner got served by a man who was the sweetest person, when we were looking at the menu he asked if we wanted a closer look.so i wear glasses and menus on screens do hurt my eyes same with my partner so i thought that was sweet thing to ask.secondly, i’m allergic to onions so i got them removed off my hotdog while my partner didn’t cause he loves them, but the man serving us was triple checking to make sure our order was right because of my allergy and stuff which i thought was really nice.thirdly when the food was brought out to us he was super polite putting the correct order in front of each of us.we noticed we didn’t get hustle mayo which we both love so i gave my partner 2 bucks to go up and pay for it but he ended up giving it to us for free saying he was feeling really nice today.this man made our experience so enjoyable with his kindness and his energy, he was very happy and excited which made me and my partner very comfortable.the point i’m getting to is this mans customer service was amazing and i work in customer service so i know good customer service when i see it and me and my partner will definitely be back again so i can thank this man for making our experience worth while.i know this is a long review but my experience was so enjoyable and i wanted this mans kindness to be recognised since he made our day.management if you’re reading this you have some great workers on your team.overall recommend this place as the food and staff never let me down:)

Amazing hot dogs, had the beef bulgogi and it was just delicious. Conveniently located across footscray station its definitely worth checking out, cant wait to go back. Thanks Team!

Hot Dog Hustle will never fail you. Best tasting hot dogs in Melbourne and inarguably the best food truck in Melbourne which is how they landed this permanent store.

Have tried all their hot dogs, specials, chips, you name it. If it wasn’t for my conscious changes in diet, I would be here every week to chug down a glizzy. Their original menu items will always be the best from their selection, such as the Hustler, Bulgogi Cheesesteak, Hustler fries with their HDH creamy chilli mayo sauce.

Got their Fried Oyster Special which as expected, did not disappoint. Juicy and plenty of oysters crumbed and fried to perfection.

Please bring back the truck! You know I’m your loyal customer Mango haha

Hot Dog Hustle have never let me down when it comes to quality service/food. I've had a variety of different dogs off the menu and they always hit the spot. Especially with some signature hustle mayo/fries on the side. Also have to thank you boys for introducing me to ball fried ice cream, which I get with a blue dessert sauce. Absolutely out of this world.

The bread, sausage and toppings all worked surprisingly, I'm usually not into the mash up of different cuisines but this was really good. Onion rings are hard to get right but these were spot on, too bad I didn't take any photos think I scoffed it down too quickly lols. Awesome guys behind the counter, friendly chilled vibe.
