Visiting the showroom in Abbotsford allowed me to engage with their beautiful Brighton chairs and tables designed by Zaneti, which is one of the top brands offered by HFC. Beautifully set-up and very knowledgeable employees!

What a beautiful and convenient place to shop, the showroom is so professional offering customers the opportunity of feeling the quality of the products. With over 20 brands to offer, Hospitality Furniture Concepts met all our requirements and we are thrilled with our choice of Madison bar stools in a gorgeous Reseda Green from Zaneti.

Could not recommend these guys enough!

Making an appointment and going to speak to the staff face to face was the best option for us. There is only so much you can achieve without the tactile experience of choosing the right furniture. Our outdoor space has been revived and looks amazing with our new Avenue collection from Zaneti which is one of the popular brands that are available at the Hospitality Furniture Concepts Showroom.

Today I visited the HFC’s showroom and was so pleased with the vast range of quality pieces. Yannis listened carefully to what my requirements were and came up with some suggestions which I loved. He was knowledgeable and very personable and made the decision for me so easy. The furniture’s contemporary design and craftsmanship is of such high quality, I know my purchase will stand the test of time. I highly recommend HFC and will be passing on their details to those I know that would love their range and fair price point. Thank you!

We wanted to have the option of viewing multiple brands under one roof and at Hospitality Furniture Concepts that is what we received. The experience was easy and efficient the showroom is beautiful and smart and the manager was very knowledgeable about all the brands which saved us so much time. He listened and guided us directly to the furniture that we described.

When investing in furniture that is for an outdoor area and space is limited we didn't hold out much hope of finding our solution. Until we stepped into the HFC showroom and were able to chat to the friendly staff and get the advice and suggestions to make the right decisions for our small space.

Paid almost $20k for tables & chairs. Chairs star to falling apart just after two weeks: 2 chairs then 5 chairs and will be more because of the way they installed them. Emailed & called for solutions, they asked to bring all the broken chairs to their warehouse for fixing and take back at our costs. The problem is more chairs will falling apart and We don’t know how many time we have to bring it to them to fix. It’s more 250km from Melbourne. Told them that we know a local guy can fix the problem and will invoice them but they refused to do that. $20k for tables & chairs and just less than 1 month we have 5 had broken. Can’t believe it

We have always supported small customer-centric businesses and even though HFC is a larger business we felt that the service we were given was genuine and the salesman was so helpful going out of his way to ensure that we viewed and purchased exactly what we had set our minds on. Very impressive showroom and the array of brands to choose from is extensive and definitely a company that we will highly recommend.

Really good products in store however very poor customer service. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff by making customers feel burdensome when inquiring about products.
Not sure why the floor staff are against generating more business.
Owner needs to investigate this as they are losing potential income.

The customer care and continued support after purchase are extremely impressive and must be commended. Just wanted to thank the team at Hospitality Furniture Concepts for assisting myself and my two friends with the opening of their exciting new venue. Starting out, we had solid plans outlining our requirements, however the experienced and friendly staff helped us really assemble the 'feel' and put together the overall look we were wanting to achieve for our venue. We were offered similar alternatives to various initially chosen products which turned out to be more suitable for our requirements and feedback from our customers has been nothing short of positive.

We were guided along the way with all of our inquiries which was a great relief. We will be suggesting you to others and will be back for future projects.

Terrible experience with this company. Some of the staff were lovely but unfortunately, the company is run with very little ethics which comes from the top. The Messmate table tops supplied to us for commercial use were all crooked. When I rang to have them help, they said we had done something to them to make them this way. Mind you, I called less than a month after having received them.
They resupplied extra table tops (at our expense for delivery) and they were still crooked. It turns out the bases were all crooked and attached to the tops at an angle. When I again requested some help to get them straight, they denied any problem with the tables and said I could upgrade if I paid for new tables.
Eventually after a very confrontational phone conversation with their owner, who was very rude and told me "Good luck in getting this situation sorted out! ", I had to take matters into my hands by going to ACCC. At the point, I managed to get the tables somewhat straight by one of their factory staff (using extra washers to fake that they were straight).
I usually don't like to write reviews, but if it saves someone else the trouble that we went through, then I am glad I did. Please get your tables elsewhere.
Ps Most of the reviews that are positive on here are fake - they are the staff that work for them.

Extremely bad customer service experience! Do not order from them. When they were taking your order, their attitude was nice and responded promptly. After you’ve paid your money, you can never find your order. I was promised to be delivered by the 6th of December 2020, and I called up on the 20th of December to check up, they promised me to deliver on the 23rd of Dec, which is obviously not delivered. Then I call up again on the 11th of January to check up again, they once again promised me to deliver my order on the 14th of January, which is failed again. Until today, I still waiting for my order to deliver and I have no idea what happened. I have paid the full the amount on the day I ordered from this company. Extremely bad customer service and never do what they said!

Hands down one of the best places I've visited. Jourdan was extremely helpful and showed genuine care. He helped me pick the right chair, booth seating and stools for my restaurant/cafe in Melbourne's Brighton. Really looking forward to coming back here for my next hospitality venue!

They have an on-site interior decorator (Vicky) who is very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier with her fabric suggestions for our upholstered booth seating and custom upholstered chairs. We were able to call ahead and book in an appointment with her at their Abbotsford showroom and we would recommend doing so, as they have an extensive range of fabrics. We ended up shifting from our initial choice after seeing them in person.

Pricing was highly competitive and their custom products are beautifully crafted and do not sacrifice on quality at all. As we had allowed ample time before our opening, the team had set us a realistic expectation for completion from the start and followed through well on time for our opening. We were guided along the way with all of our inquiries which was a great relief. We will be suggesting you to others and will be back for future projects.

Really happy with the service and professionalism i received from all of the staff at HFC, in particular Brendan. He demonstrated a few chairs he would recommend based on what I was looking for. When I was ready to order, communication was fast and helpful. Great quality chairs were delivered within time frame proposed. Would highly recommend!

We went in and everything seemed fine of course they wanted our business
We were fitting out a cafe
We ended up spending over $13,500 with them
Had quite a few issues afterwards and of course there was no follow up and they had no care to fix any of the issues
Once they got the business they couldn’t care less

Add review
