All my dealings with Hoskings (at least the Mornington store), have confirmed what I have felt, you are dealing with honest people who really want to look after you and make sure that you get the appropriate item you are looking for. Just wanted a ring band reattached to a very old diamond ring with sentimental value. Got very expensive quotes from a couple of other jewellers in Mornington who wanted to make it like new, which is just what I told them I didn't want. Hosking's actually listened and gave a very reasonable quote. I am very pleased with the work. Thank you Hosking's.

Three middle aged women behind the desk, not one of them greeted us, acknowledged us, not even said hello when they finally came up to us. "Are you going to buy this" is how we were greeted. Like wow okay, we'll buy your chain and get out like you want us.

They kindy & cheerfully changed my watch to daylight saving time. Thank you.

Wont be shopping here anytime soon, i understand its close to christmas but standing in shop for 20 mins and then waiting in line to have people push in and the people not even care when they know you have been waiting for more than 30mins in total. Wont have our money again ended up walking out
