An absolute shocker.zero customer service! Ignored & section of the store i needed was merely pointed out to me.should have done that "pretty woman" moment.no other customer in the store at the time & 3 employees with nothing to do.such a shame.only gave one star cos there's nothing less to chose from. Mr/Ms Manager you need to do some serious staff training.

The staff here are lovely and very helpful when choosing the right gift. They often go above and beyond. I got a gift for my disabled mother and they made sure to ensure it would fit even though they could have pushed me out the door. Will return.

Exceptionally attentive staff, well priced products

Poor service. Staff standing around talking and ignoring customers. Two other customers walked out as the staff could not be bothered getting up to serve them. When approached were rude. Have had this experience at this store more than once despite being a regular customer. Will not be back!
