Came in today and was greeted by Anne, she was so friendly and welcoming, tried her best to help me with what I was after and still gave a great service and smile even if I couldn’t get what I was after on short notice. 10/10 will definitely come back:)
I bought a new watch today the lady that served me went above and beyond to help me and now I have a beautiful watch to wear.
Called over a week ago & left a message for a call back regarding purchasing a particular item for my nephew's uni graduation & no call back still I'll possibly change my review now Melbourne Lockdown is over & you can go in store

I can't speak highly enough of the help I got with an issue I had with a ring. A really fast response even during the COVID 19 closure and they went out of their way to do all they could to assist me. I totally recommend Hoskings and will continue to shop with them.
My friend and I walked into the store and waited about 15 minutes to get even a glance from the employees. I was treated as if I could not afford anything in the store. I felt like an inconvenience the entire time. I asked for the price and Helen screwed her face up when answering my question as though I wouldn’t be able to afford a $99 necklace. At the counter I was asked if I had another gift card as if I wouldn’t be able to pay for the remaining $50 of my necklace after using my first voucher. After that she disregarded us and continued chatting with her fellow colleague
Unfortunately if I could leave zero stars I would. I had a simple chain to be lengthened that I was told would take one week. I have now been waiting over a month to receive my daughters jewellery back. The worst part is the staff have terrible customer service (extremely rude) and no communication whatsoever. I will never return to the business again.
