10/10 Customer Experience Here!

Bit of a story - looking to make a gift, something specific.

Checked out 2 stores and a jeweller craftsman for a thin, curb chain bracelet to create a special Taylor Swift friendship bracelet out of (Yes you read that right!), Georgia + Olivia not only took the time to help me find the right bracelet, I felt they had my best interest at heart, and we took all 4 of their hands and 40mins (it was a quiet moment) to help me assemble the classiest Swiftie friendship bracelet I have ever seen.

The making of the bracelet, definitely a memory & process that will stay with me.

Thank you Tony (owner) for hiring such incredible caretakers with heart.

I've been a regular buyer here for 10 years. The range and quality are the best in Westfield, and prices reasonable. Kristina is nice to deal with.

Will never buy from here again! Firstly I would like to state they have horrible customer service skills, extremely rude and unorganised.

My partner purchased my engagement ring valued at $3000. July 2020 purchased, Late august/September received the ring back after being resized. November started to wear my ring. DECEMBER 27TH 2020 My diamond fell out of my ring. GONE. Lost! Almost only 2 months of wear and the diamond fell out. Hoskings tried blaming me and saying that it was my fault and saying that I had caused some "significant impact damage" to it and that's why It fell out according to they're jewellers. I am a barista so no heavy lifting at all or anything so I do not understand how I could have caused a "significant impact" my hand/ring finger would of been bruised too if that was the case however it was not. An engagement ring is meant to last a LIFETIME so I do not understand how they can say I did so much damage to a ring in the almost 2 short months of wearing it.

I believe my diamond fell out because when it was out getting resized they sized it up 6-7 sizes which a jeweller should not do (advice I was told from another jeweller) it should be made brand new, which this was not discussed with my partner when he purchased so he had no idea. They also didn't provide a diamond certificate, they stated they only provide if a customer asks.

We fought with hoskings for a long time trying to get compensation, it wasn't until I threatened them with an ombudsman they agreed to my preposition of refunding me AT LEAST half the amount we paid which I did receive by march/April 2021.

I would not recommend buying any jewellery from this place at all.

Went there twice in 8 days, different staff offered different solutions to a broken clasp, the first one was only interested in selling, the next week, the nicer staff member gave me the time to discuss my choices. A shame, as i always purchase from Hoskings

Experienced the most appalling service from a blonde haired sales assistant this afternoon.
I suggest you sanitise your customer service skills before your next shift. Online shopping. Bring it on!

Very very nasty jewlery I'm guessing fake.purchased a gold women's bracelet for a birthday. It broke in the first hour. Returned it and got it replaced. Then again the new replacement broke. Had it fixed and then again broke in another spot. Very bad jewlery.
