Hoskings Jewellers reviews
8Many thanks to the wonderful Gayle at Karringal Shopping Centre. Gayle went out of her way to help me on 3 separate occasions. She is a gem and a real asset.to Ho
Great service and friendly staff. Also great sales prices. Gayle is especially helpful but all staff are very helpful.
Excellent services. Recently I got a Citizen Ecodrive watch full of tech and have no idea how to set time and date etc. Wonderful service by them and fixed with instructions.
Thanks so much to Gayle from Karingal Hoskins for her excellent customer service.
We needed 2 willow tree figurines for our Granddaughters that day due to a death in the family.
Gayle went above and beyond to help us seek a 2nd one from Mornington for us.
Amazing service
I was hoping to get a new clasp for my mother's watch for her birthday however after the manufacturer couldn't supply one or one couldn't be found we asked for a new band and were told none were available. Was hoping staff could possibly offer suggestions we were happy for another type. They obviously weren't interested in a sale. My mum has been a customer over many years not anymore.
Because my mother wanted a have a closer look at one of their items, the staff members rudely demanded her to present her Passport or driver license.
If they needed a form of ID they could've politely asked. Not outright racially discriminate customers by saying:
"What if you walk out the store? There is no way of tracking you. "
And the staff member wasn't even being quite about it; she outright said it out loud for everyone in the store to hear about it.

Walking past the store at Karingal on Saturday 17/6 picking up some groceries, and I will always have a look in the window. I spied a Citizen watch that took my fancy. I went for a closer look and I was told it was onsale. I asked the lovely lady, (sorry I don't remember your name) a few questions and she was very knowledgeable about the product. Now I try not to make rash decisions, (my wife would have killed me if had perchased that on a spur of the moment) so thanked her and walked out. Sunday 18/6 I went back to purchase the mentioned time piece. I was served by a lovely lady named Di. She also gave me a further discount from the sale price. Fantastic. Why buy stuff on line and wait, buy from retail, chat to people, and get it today. Thanks Hoskings, great experience.
