By far the poorest customer service I've encountered in more years than I can remember. I ordered a door to be made at the start of December and it was arranged for someone to come and measure the door which they did a bit over a week later taking very accurate measurements as I watched on. He informed me at that time that he would have to check the width of the locks but may have to alter the bottom rail slightly which was all fine. Having heard nothing by about the 8th of January, I called and spoke to the same staff member who I ordered the door from and was told that he could not find the order and would get back to me. He rang me late that same afternoon to tell me that he found the paperwork but nothing was done with the door because I hadn't paid a deposit. At no stage was I asked or informed that I needed to. I was less than impressed at this point and told him to call me with an expexted delivery date and I would pay for the door when I got his call. He never called. Today I went and spoke to the same staff member who told me that door hadn't been made because their staff member had only done a rough measurement and someone would have to go back and measure the door again. I was amazed at this staff members poor customer service saying in a bemused tone "You're f***en joking" before telling him to forget it, and leaving the store. I could only hope the attitude/work ethic of the rest of the staff aren't to the same exceptionally poor standard of this one. On this guys performance alone I would have given a rating of 0 if I had the option.
