Horseland

I spent over 2 hours in here. Great staff and once again didn't leave empty handed

1 star is being generous. The worst company to deal with, they don't follow up, nobody knows where your rug order is, they never have stock instore for larger horses, 2 months before winter and no stock available. They are a pathetic company.

I cant remember the ladies name but she was awesome and couldn't help me enough.nothing was too much.she was in her 50s and had blonde hair.thankyou so much for helping me with with my rug dilema I will definitely be back

Mixed experience in dealing with horseland warragul.

Positives
- some staff members are amazingly polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and go out of way to be helpful

Negative
- can take an exceptionally long time to be served/receive assistance at times
- had an experience with a very unhelpful and rude staff member who failed to help in store or follow up twice. This resulted in my making a complaint to management, which was not addressed satisfactorily by them at all

I believe that I would prefer to take my business online from now on
