Very rude uninterested employees. Chit chatting away and didn’t greet me let alone ask if I needed any assistance. Felt uncomfortable and left without purchasing anything.
They have only one Akubra hat and I was counting for more. But the customer service was very nice and helpful and the store looks great. If I would have a horse I would definitely buy something here:)
First time to the Sunbury store. They didn’t have the thing I needed, being it’s for cats lol, BUT I ended up buying 55$ worth of brushes and a pair of sock with sheep on them for me.
Prices are extremely good and not over the top. Dry very affordable.

Staff here are always super helpful! No matter what I might need for my horses. They are even able to help order something if they don't have what you are looking for on the day. Highly recommend
Needed now boots for my daughter and some pants. They have a great range of everything from riding gear, saddles and accessories. Prices are very competitive on most things, considering they have more overheads than online stores happy to pay a little more specially when needing to try things on for sizing.
The staff were helpful and the girl serving us didn't rush even though they closed while we was in the shop on a Friday night. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, if she didn't know something she was honest but offered to find out. Both staff members stayed back and let us get everything we needed so great customer service when I'm sure they wanted to go home. That is also the main reason for my review, thank you.

I was served by a lovely girl today who helped me with leather cleaner, instead of selling me a product I didn’t need she explained to me how to better utilise the product I already had.
