Poor customer service, the staff seemed more interest standing at the counter in conversation than helping me with a purchase. With one other customer in the store but i still managed to get no help
Huge Store, very helpful young girl, but I was only in and out, did not have what I wanted.
Beautiful looking store, but no helmets under $99: 99, even if you have a family crisis, very unfortunate, we went to tyabb to the tack box saddle world, the lady there was delightful & so helpful, thankgoodness for people who have an understanding of life's challenges
Although this store did not have the riding jodhpurs my daughter wears, the staff were super professional and helpful in providing information about where they could be sourced.

I don't often buy at horseland.not fault of them as I am set on my ways where I buy.however, I dropped by and the lady on staff was so great.recommended a set of boots I've been trying to find and they are amazing.her experience and the fact that she used them was a great recommendation.
Popped in to buy a Lik-it for my horse who has decided fences are yum. Spoke to the young lady in there about methods on which I can stomp out this behaviour and also was able to help recommended a business who could help in extending a Arabian halter I have. In all knowledgeable staff who have horses themselves and happy to help you out.
Sadly staff were not very friendly or helpful, it was like pulling teeth! Not helpful when I was trying to buy new boots for my grandson.and when I asked for boys jodphurs.extremely unhelpful.sorry I had to give a poor review.
I bought some boots. I got no notification of despatch or delivery. They were too small, so I returned them, Despite reaching out for a refund update numerous times, the refund has not been processed, and I don't know why. I have not heard back from them so no idea when it will be processed. Really poor service, and I will not shop there again. I just hope I get ny refund!
