Super helpful staff went above and beyond to help me with my akubra hat. My hat had shrunk and I went to purchase a new one, instead they offered to put my hat in the stretcher for a few days and had it fitting perfectly! Thanks for the amazing service!

I received friendly, caring, exceptional service from 2 ladies on my recent visit to Horseland Lilydale. This store is clearly committed to providing the best possible customer experience.

We took our beautiful 14 year old spoodle, Ralph, into the stunning Lilydale store today to purchase him a Therapy Tec indoor coat and the staff were very helpful and friendly. He is currently napping in his beautful new coat and is a very happy customer. We will be back soon to purchase other items.

The refurbished store is great, the layout makes it super easy to find what you are looking for and the range is huge

Went to horseland Lilydale to try on some boots for fit and sizing. The young lady there was so helpful and very friendly, I would recommend this store to anyone.

Bought a collar for my puppy and loved that I was able to get him a nice looking leather collar and not a synthetic one at a very reasonable price. Also bought our other dog a coat which was a huge surprise getting something that actually fits her as most places don't have anything to fit the length of a staghound cross. Very friendly staff who were also very respectful of the fact my puppy has food allergies and cleaned up all the crumbs from the treat they gave the other dog so he couldn't get them. They only gave the puppy treats I gave them to feed him.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.but I always find they never have enough stock or variety, you might as well just purchase online if you know what you are after.

If they could drag themselves away from their personal conversations for a minute it would be good. My daughter and I went to Lilydale horseland. She had $150 to buy some clothes. 3 people came in after us and all got approached and served as they were identified as regulars. I'll give you a hint. When a parent comes in with their child a) they are probably there to buy something b) they probably need assistance.
Not the first time this has happened there either.
We won't be going back.

Love this shop Ringwood & Lilydale are fabulous stores everything for horses you could ever want some lovely clothes as well maybe a little steep with their prices

I was in recently trying to purchase a gift for my sister but left without purchasing anything after being treated rudely by a male staff member but luckily the place across the road was much more understanding and helpful to me as I don’t know much about the horse world.

A real local feel with the staff and a good range. They were even happy with bringing the dog in so he didn't sit in the car! Amazing
