Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are moving to the area and were just scouting out some shops (and forward planning to livestock and horses). They were so friendly and welcoming. We will be back for more than just the dog collar we bought this time.
Lovely new store, big, and full of great products, english to Western, clothing, everything you could want, very helpful staff
It's a better store than I thought. Good range of most horsey stuff. Nice and helpful girls who ride and own horses ready to advise on queries. Got a lovely pair of LEATHER Dublin riding boots for xmas from there and tried other stores who didn't have half sizes in their stocked brands, (which I needed.) $100.
Good seasonal rug range for day and night rugs.

Firstly, I have nothing but praise for Nathan.
The woman (older of the two) working at 1pm on Saturday 8/5/21, however, is the reason I won’t be returning to this store. I ended up walking out after she was condescending and treated me like I was an absolute idiot for asking her advice on girths. She refused to give me her name for this review and instead gave me a sarcastic apology.
I’ll be driving to Warragul or Pakenham to shop for saddlery from now on.
Very disappointing customer service, un-returned phone calls and lack of communication. Shopped elsewhere. Still waiting for courtesy call.
Nathan is incredibly helpful, he always has/makes time to talk through things and give lots of info, which I’m especially grateful for right now with an injured horse. I would usually buy most things online, but not anymore, Nathan’s knowledge is priceless. Thank you!
Great store, staff are always lovely, very helpful and the prices are always great. They have a great range of products, love this store.
