My daughter and I came into the store on Saturday. I must mention the store was very busy; but we were greeted by a very friendly staff member; who appeared to be handeling a few other tasks within the store. She approached us as she busily walked past and asked if we required some assistance. This lovely lady was most professional and extremely friendly; she took the time to explain the products we were looking at purchasing. She kept checking in with my daughter and myself; while assiting other customers.
We will be definately be returning again. Excellent customer service and how refreshing to be greeted by a friendly staff member!

I brought my daughter in on Friday who will be competing in dressage and a wonderful lady by the name Michelle helped us. She was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable. We live some distance away but plan on making a special trip on a Friday when Michelle is there to serve us to purchase all of the required dressage equipment and new clothing for my daughter. A staff overheard my comment to my partner on how confused I was they close early on Boxing Day and she came out to berate us, extremely rude for something I didn’t personally direct at her, rather the entire franchise. Nothing online stated it closed early on Boxing Day so how were we to know?

My fiance and I came into today to buy some bits and pieces for my horse and some riding boots. The woman who served us was an absolute gem. She helped me find the right pairing boots and went above and beyond with some helpful advice with me owning my first horse. She had dark red hair and the name on our receipt was Fiona. Excellent service and she will definitely have us shopping back there again soon

Michelle was great. I walked in with no knowledge whatsoever about any of the equipment and she was kind enough to take me through.

A wide range of products, as an inexperience, first time rider, the staff are firendly and willing to give their advice. Great friendly and knowledgable helpful staff. We will shop again.

Just had an awful experience as a first time shopper. Got assistance after waiting 10mins and then the shop assistance dissapeared another 15mins after leaving us with the requested pair of shoes. On return kindly asked: “How did we go? ”.
And i am a first time and last time shopper.

Customer service was spot on we picked what my young teen needed for horse riding.
Away we went.

Don't have a wide range of stock. Call before hand if you want something in particular, or you may be disappointed.

Prices are 50% higher than online and the response at the counter is simply and unacceptably “our prices are different”?

Large store.generally helpful staff.lots of matchy matchy.not so much for pony sizes though. Usually parking is ok. Has everyday items - grooming, health, saddlery, clothing, boots (horse and rider), supplements etc. Not a huge variety of brands, but that’s just horseland.

I had a great experience buying riding boots here, coming back to riding after 10+ years the whole prospect was a bit daunting. Who knew riding wear could change so much!
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, without being overbearing or acting like a pushy salesperson. It made the whole experience really easy.

Will definitely be going back when I want to buy anything else!

Not much variety but still ok. Friendly staff always help to do business. Need to go back for some shoes.

I'm new to the horse seen the staff didn't make me feel like I was an idiot they are super helpful and took the time to explain everything too me
