I am happy with my experience here. We saw Alex for OT and felt the therapy was good. It was difficult to adjust with online mode initially for few sessions but later on my daughter got used to it. Thanks Alex and the team.

We have had a great experience with hopscotch & Harmony. Natcha Limpianuncha was fantastic with our 13year old.
All the staff made us feel welcome and I feel they are a great team.

Way to overpriced. And only claim bulk billing but you only get $80 back.
Not reasonable as a single mother and has a mental health plan it should be free.

Very poor service. Psychologist joined 10 mins late and hung up at 5 mins earlier whereas I have booked it for one hour and paid for it. I am disappointed about that.
Also now I am trying to call them but no one answers.

Was a waste of our time. Felt like they where only there to take money and beat around the bush. Our appointments consisted of 3/4 of it talking about things and 5-10 minutes spent working with our son. Wouldn’t recommend.

I do not like posting reviews, however being a parent who was desperately trying to find a good psychologist I disregarded the reviews on here and thought I would give Hopscotch a go.

It was a massive disappointment to say the least.

I had my first appointment, hopscotch took their over the top fees for the initial appointment and then after that there has been absolutely no communication. The psychologist was suppose to follow up on a few things and get back to me the following week.
I tried to ring them several times, left a message. Finally, I got in contact with the reception and asked if the psychologist can call me to update me on whats happening. I still havent recieved a call back by the psychologist and its been over 2 months.

The standard of service is terrible.

As parents we access these services to help us, the last thing we need is the run around and further stress!

New psychologist for my son. First initial appointment which was me (mother). Very welcoming. Able to discuss the difficulties that we are experiencing to help Arthur. Built a great bond in the 2nd appointment with Arthur. Shared experiences of what he likes. Great communication skills. Looking forward to seeing her again to help Arthur with issues.

Great practice and effective and well qualified staff. Great with Autism related behaviors and NDIS REGISTERED. Would highly recommend this practice.

Most conversations with the clinician revolve around asking you to book as many appointments. Advise and feedbacks too general, short and nothing we didn’t already know. We gave them plenty of chances to give us something worth the money we were paying. Disappointing. I certainly would not recommend.

$180 for an appointment for a child is not in line with current pricing. I have a child on a mental health plan and was quoted this price that ended my conversation immediately. Asking Dr for referral elsewhere.

My daughter comes here and our whole family has benefited from the strategies we have learned. She's had about five sessions now but the change has been amazing. We've tried three psychologists and this has been the best by far. My daughter is very comfortable and the rooms and receptionists are very welcoming. Thank you.

Expects prepayment immediately even though the appointment is not for a month Not appropriate or standard industry practice Obviously cares more about money than patient/client welfare

Reply to Jessica: I did get in touch by phone which is why I made the comment Why on earth would I bother contacting your office again? You had an opportunity to 'support my family' and you made it quite clear that money is your primary concern. Your best is quite simply not good enough

Horrible practise and business model. All about money and dont care about the patient. Very sad when you think about the mental health epidemic we are face with currently. Dont bother with this place.

My experience with this practise very recently is bitterly disappointing. Similarly to another reviewer, you DO have to pat for your first consultation in full (non-rebateable). My daughter fell ill with Gastro 24 hours prior to her appointment so I had the fee waived on that occasion. On the second occasion that she fell ill, I advised 24 hours prior once more as she had fallen ill and subsequently lost her voice. The receptionist was completely unreasonable given the circumstances and would not even accept a doctors certificate to reconfirm my child's illness. This practise has a '48 hours cancellation policy'. 48 hours is quite extensive given that a child can fall ill 24 hours prior to their appointment! I found and it was obvious, that this practise is focused on financial gain and will exploit any situation they can in order to try and take your money. They offer no commonsense in the way of solutions and front office staff offer no empathy or sympathy - quite ironic when you are attending for your or your child's emotional wellbeing. The only good thing about this place was the Psychologist we had and I hope she sees the true colours of how this place is run. Given the way the administration staff treat the clients, one can only imagine how they too are treating their Psychologists. I was grossly mistreated in my final telephone communication with the bitter old reception lady and have therefore had to seek a new referral to a new practise, given that they showed no care regarding my child's emotional wellbeing. I urge you to reconsider attending any of these practises.

Called today to make an appointment for my friend's child for tomorrow - but they wouldn't take an appointment (within 24 hours) without prior payment. I understand that they take payment ahead of time to ensure that the client turns up - but i do not understand why pre-payment is relevant for bookings within 24 hours. Not reasonable i thought!

My son has been seeing one of the counselors for a while now and has made some very good progress. I believe without the help he has been given he would not have made it to where he is now.

Thank you to all the staff, you're help needed and gratefully appreciated.
