We've had our downstairs flooring done about a year ago and had a great experience with this store. So when the time came to get our flooring re-done upstairs it was a no brainer. We met the new manager Shamila and she has been outstanding since the moment she came into our home for measurements. In terms of customer service I have never met a staff at any company that has accommodated their clients needs as much as Shamila has. No matter how fussy we were, Shamila ensured great understanding and support. She bent over backwards for us and she has always delivered. She never made a commitment that she could not keep. Very professional, easy to relate to and just knows her business inside out. We felt well looked after with Shamila!

We installed carpet and hybrid flooring throughout our house. Shami coordinated with us and provided a reasonable price compared to others. She was managing the project with start to the finish, very friendly service. We are delighted with the workmanship by Ryan (for hybrid) and John (carpet). Highly recommend them for anyone.

I can't thank Sharmi and the team from this store enough! I've just had hybrid flooring installed and the professional service provided by Sharmi (who was extremely helpful) and the installers was amazing. My house looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Sharmila from Hoppers Crossing store is the best and amazing, you have made things happen for us when every other business said simply they cannot get the job done in the time we wanted. Unprofessional experience from Hoppers crossing Team! We have booked for hybrid flooring from them during November 2021 for March 2022 delivery. We have provided full amount before the pickup from their Thomastown warehouse. When we went for pickup, they have given us an incorrect product and they tried to put blame on an employee who left them few weeks before. In invoice, it was clearly mentioned the details of products. Because of the mistakes from Flooring Xtra, we have to pay the flooring person compensation for his full day’s work and also we missed the timelines from builder who have allowed us to install the flooring.

The options given to us was either go for a refund as it’s not viable for them to sell at the contract price (excuse is Covid and supply chain issue) which we have paid for or wait till the stock is available. They told us it may be by next Friday, they can provide the stock. But we don’t trust them anymore. We have requested to give us the full amount paid. Not sure what will happen.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Sales person: Name removed as per request.

Very happy about how my laminate floor and carpet turned out!
Anthony and Jenifer went above and beyond to get me the flooring I envisioned. I did not want the scotia on my laminate flooring - Anthony and Jenifer helped with getting solutions for me and delivered a flooring which really looks seamless.
The installers are no less awesome. Huge credit to Sindhu who installed the floorboards. He ensured that he installed the way I want it and ensured that I am happy before he finished the job.
There were a few hiccups here and there, but Jenifer was always listening and resolved any issues quickly.
Definitely recommends Hoppers Crossing Flooring Xtra!

Incredible service from start to finish. We had to reschedule several times due to COVID restrictions and they always found a way of getting new installation dates that suited us. Once the floor was installed we managed to scratch it getting the fridge back in and the installer came
back over on the same day to change over the scratched pieces which was a life saver. And it looks great. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service by Anthony. Very helpful and knowledge of products was outstanding. The tradesman they use for laying floor boards and carpet are awesome and do a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this store.

Unprofessional. We had been shown different flooring accessories in the shop and on the day of installation they say that it had never been agreed upon and it was our fault not checking the invoice. During the sales, we were informed everything is upgraded and during installation nothing was as promised (we had to check each item with the sub contractor) Comparing with other flooring sellers they don't even have a proper invoice stating all the details. The accessories were not in stock even though the booking was done earlier. Very rude to the customer who is paying the money and not ready to accept the mistake on their side. Even the underlay was different and luckily we noticed it when they brought the material. I do not recommend this place they seem very unprofessional, if at all you decide to go with this place please ensure you get everything stated on your invoice even if its included/free. And most importantly you are the one paying the amount ensure the materials what they bring are correct and stay on top of everything and you deserve to be respected as a customer.

Recently had a great Customer Service experience with FLOORING XTRA Hoppers Crossing TEAM, Barbar measured and quoted our 3 rooms, gave us a great price for heavy duty Carpet, Layers installed 8 days later, great installation job, awesome underlay, could not be happier.

We had our flooring for our new build installed post handover by Flooring Xtra Hoppers Crossing and we are so happy with the quality of both the Hybrid floorboards and the carpet. We were able to get much better quality products for less $ than what our builder was charging and also had a wider range of options to choose from.

Anthony and Jenifer both went above and beyond to assist with our enquiries and the installers were very friendly, professional and did a remarkable job. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some new floors!
