Vy the pharmacist is absolutely lovely. The staff are always friendly and willing to explain any questions asked. Thank you for always looking after me and for providing affordable and valuable service.

Very expensive, no price match at this pharmacy. Purchased Panadol Rapid and was charged $10, most other pharmacies in the area charge no more than $6, definitely won't be going there again.

Carmen, your pharmacy sales assistant is so rude and not helpful at all not the first time she has spoken to me so unprofessionally. Train your staff to be more understanding in todays climate with medication shortages and shortfalls and not to discuss or comment on things outside their scope of practice.

This pharmacy offers excellent professional services.
Had an issue with a prescription and the pharmacist went out of their way to contact my Dr multiple times and keep me updated. Fantastic service!

I can’t say much about this place because I only popped in for a moment.
They didn’t have the product I wanted, however the staff were quite friendly and engaging. They also pointed me in the direction of another shop that might stock something similar.
From what I could see, the shop was clean and organised. Part of the Hoppers Shopping centre. Close to the Woolies and BWS.

I have read some of the comments on here lately, I think they are rude and unjust. I have been attending this Pharmacy for over 15 years and would not go anywhere else unless I really need to, the staff are friendly and pretty awesome in my book and so are the pharmacist, they look after you and attend to your needs. They are doing their best in this terrible time we are all going through as is everyone, what would you do if they were closed down all pharmacist in Melbourne because of Covid again what would you do, think before you type. Their phones don't stop ringing with people asking the same question all day DO YOU HAVE A RAPID TEST you try doing it for 10 hours a day same thing over and over and over and over. I don't really think by you being rude and nasty is called for, there are people dying and sick in ICU and you sit here being rude not a positive vibe there is already to much negativity in the world at the moment so please build a bridge and get over it.

Terribly slow and rude service. Made a 5: 00pm appointment as we were told it was the only time they would have 2 staff to do my daughter’s piercing. We got there on time and were told to wait 10-15 mins as the other staff member was on lunch. Why book us in at that time then?

We waited patiently. When the other staff member came back we had to wait longer as he started serving new customers. Then we were asked to fill in a form (which we could’ve done earlier) then he disappeared and served other customers.

25 minutes had gone by we still hadn’t been attended to and we asked why not. We observed they were serving many walk ins who came in way after us with no appointment?

Rude girl says to us “you can come back another day” across the store in a sarcastic tone to try and demean us in front of other customers. Then she continued to serve more walk ins knowing we were waiting and annoyed by this stage, then took her time stacking trays etc while she knew we needed her.

I understand if you’re busy, but learn time and customer management please. We got out at 5: 37pm. All we needed was 1 minute of her time, but she prioritised countless walk ins before someone with an appointment half an hour earlier.

The actual piercing was good and pricing was reasonable compared to places at the Plaza.

Rude, just simply rude! Called to ask a question and was spoken over and hung up on. Didn’t even get to ask my question. Worst customer service. Wish I could give zero stars!

Excellent service and 24-7 availability

I had to rush out past midnight to fill some more prescriptions once I realised I was out of vital meds. I was half-tired and drifting in and out of sleep as I made it to the pharmacy. The pharmacist, June, was so cheerful and eager to fulfil my prescription. Her positive and kind energy rubbed off on me and helped to make me more alert. Soon, I had my tablets and I was out the door with no issues.

I was inspired to write this because I cannot imagine being this energetic in this awful, windy weather. This pharmacy has excellent service and I was shocked to hear the government wanted to close it down, for some reason or another. I think it definitely earns that essential service status.

Would absolutely recommend Advantage Pharmacy for a personalised service! The pharmacists here won’t treat you like just another customer and will definitely go above and beyond to provide you with the best recommendations.

Friendly and amazing community pharmacy! They are extremely thorough. The pharmacist in charge Vy was attentative and always checked our allergies and made sure we understood the medication we were receiving. Quality service and people that actually care. Thanks so much for looking after us.

I am extremely disappointed by the way the pharmacy treats their customers.

I bought an item, in error, (the two products look almost identical) and upon discovering that went to either exchange it or get a refund. The pharmacy refused to take the item in its original packaging on the grounds it was "contaminated". It sounds bizzare. 100's of people go through the pharmacy every day and touch items on the shelves. I have not taken the item from its original packaging.

Having contacted ACCC, I would be asking pharmacy management to have a clear return policy statement provided to the consumers on the premises. I couldn't find on your website.

Extremely disappointed!

5 STAR! Came here for a simple prescription and left very HAPPY as I was treated like a person and not a number. The Asian girl called Lily gave me one of the best customer service, I’ve had in a long time. She made sure I understand how and when to take my prescription, unlike other pharmacy who only care about there bottom line.to Phamasave Hopper Crossing

Went to get a script $5 40 was then told there was a surcharge of $12 40 what and why she was very recluctent to give me back the script after I asked three times for it Went to another chemist no surcharge Rip of shop at Hoppers Crossing store Steer clear of them
