I love the chiropractors here, very lovely and knowledgeable about their work. The receptionist is a bit of a luck of the draw, sometimes you get nice ones and other times you get grumpy ones. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the long wait times for each appointments I had. I don't get it, I booked my appointments a month in advance but every single time I show up on time I have to wait more than 30 minutes before the treatment starts. And if I come late then I forfeit my appointment. Truly wish they would appreciate other people's time and fix the booking system. Poor reception and poor scheduling. Although arrived on time, they made me wait 45 minutes inside Chyro room sitting on non ergonomic chairs. Got my back worse sitting on low quality chairs.
You need to improve scheduling and respect people’s time.

By the way, to be honest Dr Luke is highly professional and respectable.

- Have been suffering intermittent lower back pain for approximately 2 yrs.
- Sudden deterioration recently, couldn't bear the pain and it's affecting my work performance so I went in to see Dr. Luke Portelli (first time ever seeing a Chiropractor)
- Noticeable pain reduction and increased mobility range after each session!
- after 4 sessions in total (2 weeks) I'd say I'm somewhere 90% pain free and can get back to work now (that's a big deal)!
- Bonus: the last session was FREE cuz Dr. Luke said my spine was good which doesn't need fixing (love x10000000).
- Dr. Luke was very friendly and respectful, definitely recommending friends with issues to try out.

*** just for the reference: I'm 25 yo, relatively healthy and active, followed the resting, ice pack, and 20 mins walk routine. Everyone's condition and needs are different but my advice is DO YOUR PART OF THE HEALING and don't expect this is some kinda miracle fit-it-all therapy:) Hope y'all have a speedy recovery <3

Me and my family have been coming here for years. Dr Luke Portelli and Dr Peter are the best chiros ever. They spend as much time with you as you need and get me fixed every time. I've seen the masseurs too and they always give 100%. I saw a review here that someone was annoyed they had to wait and I get annoyed too if I have to wait anywhere. But if you see these guys its worth it every time because they take such good care of you and they're really nice people too.

Very bad experience from reception today, delay was not communicated, felt that patients were waiting without a reason!
I had my appointment with Dr Luke.at 11.50 am today, went in at 11.47 am.vWait till 12.20 in the waiting room, upon asking the receptionist how long the wait will be, I was straightaway taken to the Chiro room and waited for another 12 minutes! It was not busy at all, there were myself and another patient waiting. I had waited numerous times before to see the Chiro at some other occasion, again never good communication from the reception. Today I walked out and will never go back again! Although Dr Luke was the best in the area!

I was very impressed with the friendly clinic staff and the way all the practitioners work together to help the patient. I had already been seeing one of the chiros - Dr Luke - who recommended me to see one of the clinic massage therapists. They worked together to fix my problems. I have never felt so good. I highly recommend them

Absolutely love Dr. Markov. He has done wonders with my back. I have a few back issues that resulted from two car wrecks and honestly this is the best my back has felt in years!

Amandeep is wonderful but the reception team is very difficult to work with. They are slow and very unorganised, often relying on patients to know about the Medicare details that they should have on file. Every time I went in I had to prove how many Medicare rebates I had left as they can't look them up due to their awful filing system.

The most experienced chiropractors around. I have no problem recommending all my family and friends to Dr Luke and Dr Peter for their good advice and good chiropractic treatment.

The staff and chiropractors are all amazing. There aren’t many clinics left like this anymore where the treatments aren’t rushed and they take as long as you need for each session. You always feel like you have had a proper treatment. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and caring. Very highly recommended.

The staff and Chropractor’s are amazing so kind and respectful they work with you and they listen. Can highly recommend both Peter and Min, I’m a work in progress but I always come out feeling a little better every time.

Absolutely disgraceful and treat people with contempt, making an online appointment and had confirmed on Saturday eve for 10am Sunday, sitting waiting and at 1030am still waiting with no comment on how long from reception. I am sure you would not run behind in an hour. It is plainly obvious these people take double books and take your money. My wife has been several times and has waited every time, the last was up to an hour and will not return. All I received was oh sorry, lift your game, people pay decent money not to be disrespected. I came here recently with a bad back and a sore knee, and left feeling truely satisfied not only with the treatment but with the service. I was really pleased with the level of care, you get the sense that the chiros really listen and are not trying rush you out. Thanks for the great treatment! Simon
