I hadn't been there for awhile, now I remember why. There Chicken used to good, now it is just overcooked and dry. Barely eatable.

Fantastic chicken shop, there are so many things to recommend but you cannot go past there amazing chicken.
Owners are amazing people, friendly and generous.
Shop always kept spotless.

Food was ok but one of the staff need to be more polite and respectful with his customer service. He spoke very rude and was impolite. Will think twice before ordering again.

Customer service is horrible! Not made to feel welcome at all. Which is a suprise because usually the local chicken shops and fish n chips shops are always welcoming.

Authentic Middle Eastern taste of Charcoal Chicken and Garlic sauce served with it; reminded me of my favourite Abu Nawas in Saudi Arabia. The owner and staff are also very professional & friendly people. Highly recommend!

Mmmm, Schnitzel pack and a couple of pineapple fritters or the good old quarter chook and chips. Great value, nice and fresh. Very friendly service.

I have never ever reviewed anything but this definitely deserves it. Hands down best charcoal chicken I have ever had.chicken, stuffing, chips, gravy, garlic sauce are amazing! Can’t wait to try other options. The staff are so friendly and the price is so good aswell.new customer and will always be one now. Not going anywhere else.keep up the good work guys:)

New owners I think. Chicken OK chips terrible. The chips use to be cooked as each order was placed. So they were crisp and hot. These definitely weren't.

I don’t know what’s happened here because all the reviews say the chicken is great, but the chicken we purchased and took straight home (5 mins away) to eat, was the driest chicken we’ve ever eaten. It was pretty much inedible it was so dry. Picked it up for lunch around 1ish today, the skin was crispy and had lovely flavour and the stuffing was probably the best I’d ever had.but the chicken was so dry that even the thigh was completely dried out and hard. I can’t comment on any other food they sell as we only got the chicken. Maybe it was an off day? I don’t know.

Chicken skin, spectacular. Chicken, tender and juicy. Gravy, phenomenal. Chips, crunchy. Stuffing, to die for. Glad i asked for extra.
Staff were so nice, and the price was even better. Nothing beats old school charcoal chicken like this place.

The food here is fantastic, chicken very tasty, great range of salads, scalloped potatoes.wow! The service is great and the family are very nice people, easy to get along with and love their business and it shows.

The charcoal chicken is by far the best I've had in Melbourne, not normally into chips but the chips here are always a must and the staff are always super friendly. 100% recommend this place.

I met the owner when he bought some appliances from me so I went in to try his charcoal chicken, easily the best I've ever had, nice juicy chook, not overcooked like some places & the chips where delicious, crunchy outside, soft inside & the best seasoning I've had in a long time. 10 out of 10.
