Hope Training College (Melbourne)

I really enjoyed studying in this institution, as the staff was really helpful to me. They provide very prompt service to their students.

I chose this course under the impression it was going to be fast tracked to my qualifications. I started my course mid November and after finishing my study all that was left was placement and to get 120 hours. Hope Training college promised me that they would find a place for me to do my placement so I would be finished in a quick manner. I was stuck waiting 3 months for placement and after several times contacting them they gave every excuse under the sun to why they couldn’t help me. They were full of empty promises and never get back to you. In the end I was able to find placement on my own and once I had finished the required hours and showed them proof they took another 4 weeks to tell me that I would get the certificate (after countless times me calling and emailing). They offered me a part refund but never followed through. It felt like they were hoping for me to give up and not chase them anymore about the certificate I had paid for. There are other students I have spoken with that had started and finished well before me and still haven’t received their certificates. This company, all they were was time wasters and all talk and no action and then no talking at all.

I swear you will not regret studying at HOPE. You will come out with extra training skills and ready to serve people in need. I highly appreciate the criteria of training students. Let us become practical with CPR and FIRST AID skills so that you should be the one on front when required. Hope is the only place to gain confidence. Thanks to the team.

Hope training institute is the best institute in aged care Nd disability course. I learned a lot from taking this course component. Instructor was well prepared for each session. All staff highly qualified and well experienced and always keen to help students whenever they need. I highly recommend to all students who Want to join this course must join this institute. I am Maninder student of Hope training collage, had done my pactical part, it was a wonderful exprience for me, All of the staff are very cooperative and having a great knowledge, i learned so many things there.i just finished my student work placement, i cannot tell you that, i didnot faced any difficulties while using equipments such as hoist lifter, standing machine etc, it would so easy for me to move the resident from bed to wheel chair, because of only hope training collage and instructor. They trained me so well, i would like to say every one, this is the best place for learning and getting more and more knowledge. Thanks

I finish my aged care course in hope care college and it is very best college and all the staff members are very co-operative they give us good qualification about this course.even there are practical classes and i enjoyed it very much and i gain so much experience in practicals which is very helpful in my placements.
