Hooray Hoop Embroidery Shop

Amazing host. Encouraging, patient and enthusiastic. Original designs from simpler to more challenging. Plenty of completed projects to spark imagination. Embroidery supplies, sashiko kits and supplies. I arrived whilst a session for school holidays under way and all present were engrossed in their individual project stitching. There was a lovely buffer of snack food for their enjoyment too.

I am so happy and thankful to Hooray Hoop! I found the store on Instagram and placed an order. Before I did so, I sent a DM to the store page and all of my questions were answered, and extra help was offered. I can’t imagine how they run a physical storefront, as well as a busy website, yet still maintain such high standards of customer service.

Lovely shop and great customer service. I had some questions about a stitch and the owner sat down and showed me how to do it. She creates YouTube videos to go along with the embroidery hoops and it’s really easy for a beginner to get started

I attended a workshop run by Jo. She is fantastic, very knowledgeable and supportive. It was a great experience!

Cute little shop with a range of embroidery kits located beautifully in Pako. As a beginner I chose the plant one and I am loving it:) Jo, the owner, was very friendly as well!
