As a super fussy coffee drinker I am incredibly picky with the coffee I drink so when I was forced to look for another coffee supplier I was really worried.

But when my friend gave me a kilo of Hero blend it was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Since then I have tried most blends and have found my favourite is Mt Coffee and Dark lovers.

I love the smooth flavour of the coffee, the convenience of the delivery and the confidence that I won't need to look for a supplier of good coffee anytime soon.

We got honeybird coffee recommended by friends shortly after we purchased our first big coffee machine and we haven’t been disappointed. I have been purchasing Honeybird for over 18 months. I was first introduced through my local bakery, & immediately fell in love with the taste of this locally prepared bean. I have tried most of the blends, they are all different, they are all great to drink. But remember, good coffee is also in the preparation. I use beans in my machine & also get stove top ground for my stove espresso. Delivery is as prompt as Aussie Post can get it to you, but its always posted day after order. We were introduced to Honeybird Coffee 7 months ago and instantly fell in love with their coffee. We have been buying their coffee beans online ever since. We have been receiving free delivery which is a bonus. On one occasion I made a mistake on the online order which was fixed by them immediately plus I had an opportunity to speak with them directly and they could not have more helpful and nothing was a problem. Great product, great people to deal with, excellent customer service and that’s why I not only recommend them to family and friends but also give them a five star rating.

We visit Mt Beauty annually so we've enjoyed Honeybird coffee (available at several local cafes) many, many times. This was our first opportunity to visit the factory where the magic happens.

The scent walking through the door is amazing. If you're a coffee fan that sharp aroma of roasted beans has you at hello.

There's a small cafe so once inside you can get a hot (or cold) cuppa to try before you buy. Several tables are available out front, complete with stunning picturesque views.

The friendly roasters will happily talk you through the blends to find one that suits your taste. They'll also grind it to your preference.

I'd recommend the Locals Blend for a lovely and strong, though not overwhelming, flavour.

They also have Nespresso compatible pods and even a great instant coffee (with a name like Magic Bogan Dust, who could resist? !)

It's definitely worth dropping by Honeybird Coffee's Factory Outlet if you're in the area. If not their coffee is also available online.

More than just suppliers of consistently great tasting coffee beans. The team at Honeybird coffee have set me up with a quality machine, grinder and accessories that perfectly suited my coffee consuming needs. Combined with their expert advice and tuition, I’m now making consistently yummy espressos every morning with their Velvet Assassin blend.
Biggest drawback is that coffee from the local cafes just doesn’t cut it anymore.

I unfortunately can only drink decaf now. I used to buy quite a bit of Honeybird coffee and was excited for their Decaf and boy did it deliver! Delicious stuff!

While on my holiday in Mt Beauty, I found gold! I had run out of coffee beans and after doing a quick search online to find where I might get quality beans, I learned there was a coffee roaster right in town (Honeybird). I drove up to their shop and wow, it was a delightful experience. I had a great time chatting with the barista learning about what they offer. She asked what I liked and then made a shot of the Velvett Assassin saying it would be most similar to what I am accustomed. She was spot on, so I bought a kilo bag. Not only that, they offer chocolate covered coffee beans, which meant I could score more points with my wife who is a lover of both chocolate and coffee. Then I perused the wall behind me to find they provide tons of coffee and brewing equipment. And sure enough, they had something I had been looking for for a long time, a naked portafilter for my espresso machine. Adam, their coffee machine mechanic, set me up with everything I needed and talked me through how it was going to work. The staff were patient, knowledgable, friendly, and provided amazing customer service. After finishing my first bag of beans, I have now ordered my next. Their website and ordering process was seamless and the coffee arrived 4 days after I had placed my order. So if you want quality coffee, at a great price, from a team of cheerful folks who are passionate about what they are doing, I recommend honeybird.

Ordered The Local blend online from Honeybird. When last we visited Mt Beauty we were really impressed by the Honeybird flavours. Our first order was the Local blend and it is fantastic. We have been hunting for an enjoyable blend at a reasonable price and support a local business. Will definitely be ordering again and when we come back to Mt Beauty for Melbourne Cup week I look forward to visiting their outlet and trying their other varieties. Ordering was really easy and the instructional videos on their website are very useful. Thanks Honeybird, very happy.

Great coffee. Velvet Assassin and Morning Glory are our favourites. The pods are also good for work and biodegradable. Convenient ordering and delivery.

I was gifted the Honeybird Favourites Bundle by a friend and have been ordering my own favourites ever since. Great tasting product and impeccable service. Delivery is always super fast and clearly packaged with care. I love supporting quality Aussie business.

Really nice beans at a very reasonable price. Our favourite is the Dark Lover, but also enjoy the Velvet Assassin for something lighter every now and then.
Service is also as good as the coffee! The beans arrive quickly and staff are more than happy to provide advice for anything coffee related. They helped us with our grinder purchase recently too.

My son and I discovered this beautiful coffee on a trip to Victoria two years ago! I loved it then and when I found that I could purchase online I was over the moon. Honeybird Coffee is our go to every time:)

My local coffee shop made the best coffee in town and I found out they used the Honeybird coffee beans (velvet Assassin). I jumped online and bought myself a 1kg bag so now I can make the best coffee in town in my own home! This coffee is strong and has amazing flavours! The decaf is also amazing!

I have been buying whole coffee beans over the internet for more than 25 years (since I discovered that the secret to good espresso is to buy a good grinder). The second secret is to find freshly roasted arabica beans. I prefer to start with premium beans (ethically sourced) since poor roasting and handling can degrade coffee, but good handling cannot improve poor beans to start with. And if the growers cannot afford to reinvest in their farms, then you do not have a sustainable supply. I discovered Honeybird coffee by accident, when I ran across a review of their instant coffee Magic Bogan Dust! I think that I have spoilt my family, as their palates now reject instant muck but they are not prepared to operate the espresso machine (or even learn to do a pour-over) when I am not around. I included some of the Honeybird blends with the order, and was very satisfied with them. I have also enjoyed the breakfast and green looseleaf teas. The team at Honeybird are friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about their coffee. It is an added bonus that their prices are very reasonable for the quality of their product (especially if you spend $100 and get free delivery, but not every household consumes 1kg plus per week to justify large orders). I have just taken out the subscription option, and am interested to see how this works.

I was recommended Honeybird coffee by my brother. I have been a repeat customer. The coffee is great - I always mix it up. Dark Lover is my Fav. The service is fantastic and delivery following my order is always smooth and fast. Overall an extremely positive experience.
