Had the most amazing experience here yesterday. All the girls were so incredibly welcoming and helpful. My friend and I had Mirani I think her name was, and she was beyond helpful and really made us both feel so good in what we tried on. She really went above and beyond to make us feel special and cater our every need.
Every time I’m in Melbourne I’ll be coming back to shop here.

Walked in today after something I’d seen online. After smiling at TWO staff members, both of whom were not with customers neither of them said hello or acknowledged me. Went to bras n things instead and spent my money. As someone who works in retail I was not impressed.

Professional service and beautiful team of girls here service was extremely personal and professional and the The pieces I have purchased I absolutely love especially the manager Skyler shes gorgeous and lovely and will help you with sizes etc

Skylah helped my partner with an exchange of a faulty item from a different store, and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to get it sorted.

I ordered for pick up.
I had one day off and went all the way 1 hour train ride to the city to pick this up. Left home at 10 arrived home at 1 just for me to open up the shopping bag to find the security tags still on there!
I wasted my time. I couldn’t even check it before hand because the lady taped it up and everything.
So much wasted time honey Birdette. So now I have to come back, wasted more of my time to come back to fix your mistake.
So much for click and collect.
You should advertise your click and collect service as click and collect security tags still on.

Poor customer service! I told the girl in the that i don't like pushup bras (for any reasons!) She should have considered my comments and suggested me something that I'd want, instead she told me: do you have implants!? !? (In front of my new boyfriend!) This is something very private and she had no right to ask me that question! It was very disappointing! Hopefully she doesn't make that mistake again with other customers!

Amazing customer support! Preiyankaa was really supportive and informative when me and my partner needed some questions answered regarding some of their products. She certainly helped me feel comfortable when I felt a lil overwhelmed by all the options hehe. Definitely go and see the staff at Melbourne central!

Ace! Nothing helps a bra fitting along like a glass of bubbles and a competent pair of hands, both of which were readily available.

On the 16 of September I had a job interview at this honey Bridette. I was told I will hear but I didn't hear back.totally rude.

The people there are lovely and answered all questions we had and I would definitely shop there more.

Exceptional service and friendly staff. Only a small range available at this store but it is immaculately presented and excellent for a quick lingerie fix

Overpriced lingerie made with second rate materials, run by a woman with horrible work ethic.
I hope they've made some improvements to paying their staff correctly since all the bad press came out, but I still see the poor girls having to wear ridiculously high heels (as enforced by their uniform requirements) and flirt with people to try and lure a sale.

Was no fuss to staff to order in another item as the one I purchased has a light aesthetic damage (as a result of how another store packed it). Very polite. Called me when it arrived. Held the item till I could come by.

Every time I have shopped here, I ether unknowingly come home with a different size than the one I asked for or they leave a security tag on an item, a real mood kill. Please lift your game on both these points! I'm sick of having to return to the store to have such simple things rectified.

This place is amazing and the customer service is next level good. Will definitely be coming back!
