I have never experienced such bad customer service. Jasmine was so rude and condescending and l just felt judged the moment l walked into the store. You need to find better staff

Very disappointed in the service today. Was not greeted or asked if i needed any help in the change rooms. The girls just seemed to want to discuss their personal life between them.

Went in today with my wife and had our 2 kids 4y and 7y with us. And we were basically made to feel unwelcome the secomd we walked into the shop. The girl looked at our kids and said and I quote " hmmm coming in with kids under 5 you can normally get away with but any older they start questioning whats going on don't they? Like you know. "

It was a completely disrespectful comment and made wife feel horrible. Needless to say we left immediately. I was unaware you don't like selling your products to mothers.

First time ever stepping foot into a honey birdette and can say I won’t be going back to Foutain Gate one again. I went in to see if they could size me up and the lady working there was just chatting with her friend and when I asked she looked at me and said what do you mean? I then said you know measuring? Do you do that? She said no and told me to go to bras and things next door. Iv never felt like such a burden.

Hello! I came in store a couple of hours ago and honestly i had the absolute best experience ever! Myself and my friend were so indecisive about what to get or whether to get anything and the amazing worker helped us both and was so friendly! We came in and out of the store and the lady was so awesome and welcoming! Its such a friendly environment and we felt so comfortable shopping in the store looking at everything! I honestly couldn’t recommend this store enough for any needs! Massive thankyou to the girls who made us feel welcomed and comfortable enough to show you what it looked like on us! Best experience ever!

Lovely, helpful and non judgemental staff. I do feel like they did suck me in to end up buying over $500 in wedding lingerie but it all happened so fast and I was too scared to say no haha, but that makes for good sales people I guess. I will return, but maybe when I have more money.

The manager there was so amazing, so, friendly so funny and made the atmosphere so comfortable. Love the place anyway but she made it 10x better:)

I’m usually a bit of a nervous underwear shopper but as soon as I walked in I felt safe and welcomed by the gorgeous Heidi who is the manager there. I’d never considered spending this much money on underwear but was so impressed by the quality and bought a few sets for my honeymoon. Honey Birdette products are made for the female body, they fitted perfectly and were so comfortable and sexy. I cannot sing Heidi’s praises enough. She is an absolute gem, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I’m so happy I made the trip to this store. Thanks

Products are obviously gorgeous but the customer service is amazing. From phone staff to the staff in stores, they are all so friendly and helpful which I didn't expect.

I wish you would make sizes up to 18 atleast. I feel your store thinks only smaller women are entitled to beautiful lingerie. Not true

Nice range of lingerie for that special occasion. Just did not feel it is a Male friendly environment staff could be a little more thoughtful.

Staff are always amazing, very supportive and such great help. I had no issues exchanging a faulty item too, absolutely brilliant

Went in on Wednesday (12.07.2017) around 2: 15pm, was looking at the toys with a friend and women working at the time checked ID (understandably) but first assumed we are "immature underagers" as she loudly disclosed to the customers who she was serving right in front of us at the time. After checking my ID she made me feel uncomfortable about my age (18). I found her extremely rude and instead of feeling accepted and welcomed I found myself wanting to leave the store immediately so I didn't have to have any further interactions with her. Going in to that store and looking at the products in there makes you feel vulnerable enough therefore her making me feel uncomfortable and bad about my age isn't a feeling I'd like to have in a store like that.
