Honey Birdette

I’m pretty sure her name was Kaia or Kaya as in the customer service consultant who helped me at Doncaster honey birdette. She was so lovely, I had visited the store on Thursday, she made me feel comfortable, helped me take my time trying things on and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. I also noticed customers had returned things with her and she was completely understandable. Please don’t be put off from the comments below. Kaya was really friendly and kept checking in with me for the 45 minutes I was there to ensure I was satisfied with the set I got. Thank you so much Kaya/Kaia. It was lovely to meet you.

Just visited Doncaster branch - Miriam was amazing! Friendly, helpful and eager to engage. Not only did she help me find my tailored fit but when they didn’t have my size in stock she organised express delivery from another store with tracking via email. I’m so incredibly happy with my experience, I’ve always shopped online with honey birdette but will definitely be coming in store from now one. Thank you to Miriam, beautiful experience and person

Went into the store to exchange a bra a bought online. As there online and in-store system don't talk to each other, I was asked to pay again for the bra and I would receive a refund through my online payments. I explicitly asked if there would be a difference in price which was denied. Firstly, I never received the promised confirmation email that I returned the item which had me worried that it was put through correctly. I wouldn't have had any proof! Secondly, the refund did come through a few days later but I didn't get the full amount refunded. Contacted their customer service and never received a reply.
In comparison to other shops, their bra sizes run very small, hence the exchange.
Wouldn't shop here again. This wasn't a pleasant experience.

I had the best shopping experiance here at the Doncaster store, Violet the store manager is absolutely beautiful! She helped me with my exchange, she went above and beyond to find my sizes from other stores and organised transfers from Intersate after work hours.i am so grateful and truly appreciate the customer service i received from Violet, such a hard working Retail Sales Assistant. A beautiful lady she defintely represents the business in a professional manner, hence why i love shopping at the Doncaster store. Please head on down to Honey Birdette in Doncaster and ask for Violet, she will assist you with whatever you need! I guarentee you will not be disappointed! 5 stars always

The staff helped me here with toys body positivity and kindness the manger is beautiful they will take the time and energy to help pick out the right bra and items and sets for you no rushed behavior there's no pushiness its a relaxed safe and friendly space, the staff support body positivity and the lgbtqia+ community.great experience

The staff member was extremely pushy and was forcing payment on me. I went into the store for the first time and was just having a browse. I decided to try a couple bras on and the staff member was asking if I needed help every 2 minutes. Although I appreciated the help she kept on passing me more items to try on that I didn’t want to. I started feeling overwhelmed and when It came to payment I asked if there was a specific way to wash the pieces. She said, “make payment first and then I’ll tell you. ” I felt forced in the end and instead of having a pleasant first experience it’s a shop I’ll never walk into again.

I've been in here a few times and each time have had to deal with pushy, forceful sales assistants, who literally give you filthy looks and a cold shoulder if you don't end up making a purchase. Disgraceful attitudes in a customer service setting.better off buying online.

For the most part the lady there was lovely (if a little pushy and asking me if id tried stuff on yet after like 2 seconds) but for the most part my issues are with the brand not the individual store.
At first the brand seems to have a good size range, however for me at least both the band and cup size run around 2 sizes small in the two bras i tried. Yes there will always be differences between brands but its ridiculous with this brand. Your brand is not inclusive if the larger sizes to not actually fit someone that size. Its a shame because they have beautiful stuff but this makes for a very frustrating buying experience.
(And yes i do know my correct size and measurements, everywhere else the same size more or less fits)

Would of loved to buy something today but the friendly staff member came straight up standing right next to me without a mask, didn't have one on her at all. Considering it's mandatory this is pretty poor from staff, obviously I left

Been here a few times and every single time the staff have been a great help and make the experience really enjoyable. They definitely make you feel safe in the environment and are happy to assist in anyway. All the staff are great and thank you to Em and Georgia for serving me today!

Bought something here for my parter and the staff were great. Returned twice to exchange and get a refund with no problems. Would go back!

Most of the staff are absolutely lovely and really helpful but today I went into the store to return some items and the woman that served me made me feel uncomfortable and guilty for returning things. I felt she kept trying to push me into exchanging for something different or keeping the things I wanted to return.

Went into new Doncaster store with my boyfriend and the staff members were extremely explicit with their product descriptions. This made us feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. They were also very pushy and wouldn't leave us alone when we asked them politely. We will never return to the store again.

I used to frequent this shop and loved the great quality of costumer service which Heather provided, since there has been a change of staff I now shop online as I don’t appreciate the pushy staff who pressure you to buy things, not going back into this store anytime soon.

Heather! OMG love her work! She knows her stuff and clearly loves her job! Would totally come back just to speak to her!
