Super confused with their opening times

I went past on Sunday morning around 10: 30 and they had a sing on the door “back in a flash” I looped around about 30 mins later and the store was still closed

My first experience at your store will be the last - totally unprofessional and desperately in need of customer service acknowledging customers would be nice too. Your staff member Jasmine rolled her eyes at me and obviously didn't want to approach me. I echo other disgruntled reviews. This is not a nice store to shop at.

I have never experienced such bad customer service. Jasmine was so rude and condescending and l just felt judged the moment l walked into the store. You need to find better staff.

I love coming into the Highpoint boutique and shopping with Jasmine and B, I only come to this boutique because the girls make my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Thank you and keep it up

Has to be one of the worst HB experiences, I have been to plenty of HB’s and have plenty of HB. The two staff members on tonight were nothing short of rude and uninterested. One shoved past me and didn’t say anything, no one offered help. Very disappointed

I was served by Jasmin who is just the sweetest! She made me feel so welcomed and so helpful. I had a bad experience a couple years back and hadn’t been back since. Highly recommend Jasmin.

If anyone deserves a promotion it’s Betul from this HB store! She is an absolute superstar. She went way over and above for me to make sure that I got what I came in for and on not just one but two occasions! She is genuinely exceptional at her job and has first class customer service. I’ll be coming back to this store to purchase more every time now thanks to her! 100% deserves incentive for absolutely exceeding expectations and investing so much genuine care into her role!

Made the mistake of visiting this store.

I was in there for about 15mins looking at things and there were no other customers, just myself and the sales attendant.
Only me and her and you think she would have looked up and said anything or at least acknowledged a presence in the store…
Nope, this sales attendant, clearly thought it was beneath her to acknowledge a potential customer.
I’d been told and have seen that the
Honey birdette range was quite nice and it is and I specifically went in there as I needed
To buy a new set of lingerie.
Too bad that the staff at a store representing them should not be in the customer service industry.

What a disappointing and disgusting first impression and experience.

I have bought thousands of dollars worth of lingerie with HB over the years, and have bought from them online many times. Have always been super happy with online purchases, they have always been accurate and quick. Last week I made an online purchase for a new lingerie set. Delivery was quick but I received the wrong size bra from what I ordered. I returned the bra through the post (hopefully will receive a refund) and purchased another bra online for the correct size to make sure I got the correct bra to go with the rest of the lingerie set. The second bra just arrived today and.yes you guessed it.was the same incorrect bra size as they previously sent me. This is now extremely annoying and time-consuming. Their online service is clearly falling down (no quality checks on their processes) - I will now have to go into a store and see if i can swap the incorrect bra with the correct size. If this is their standard of quality control for online orders, I won't be ordering from HB online again.

Horrible customer service, walked in and was not even acknowledged the staff were on their phones, not even a hello, very disappointing I spent my money else where.

The staff are super super lovely and helpful! Not intimidating at all. Very friendly. Prices are quite expensive however the quality of the clothing is very good.

The staff at Honey Birdette at Highpoint are so lovely! They’ve always made me feel comfortable and are very friendly ladies.
