Ruined all my blades, clippers and then my dryer that he serviced caught on fire yet he won’t refund me anything or take any responsibility or blame for any stuff ups, mistakes happen but then you own them and respectfully fix the issues not be defensive and say the customer is wrong because he doesn’t believe he did anything wrong, his ruined a pair of expensive scissors ages ago and blamed the scissors yet I still went back thought I was doing the right thing supporting small local business, I have to buy everything brand new and pay for another person to fix my equipment so this person has cost me double plus the purchase of a brand new dryer as it’s unfixable (worked perfect for a whole year before he touched it) also months ago I cut 2 dogs with the same blade that he sharpened, didn’t know it was because he did it wrong, no point telling him because he doesn’t think he does anything wrong

Dressmaking scissors sharpened and working much better. Good set up for drop off and collection. Price very reasonable. Cheaper than getting a new pr scissors. Justin is very helpful.

Justin from Hone Sharpening has made a job I dreaded into one I actually enjoy.clipping horses. He was professional, knowledgeable and service minded. The detail taken in sharpening blades that I thought would never cut well again was second to none. In fact I would say that the blades have never cut so well. They left no lines and cut the time it takes in half.
