High prices and a full-day inspection service for a simple thing that does not exceed a minute without doing anything in exchange for examination fees if the repair is not done

I found the Mechanics at Hondatec to be very honest and knowledgable with decades of experience servicing Hondas.

Absolute mode useless people on the planet. Drove an hour and a half for them to say oh we weren’t bothered to get the part off the car that takes 5 minutes for you today after I called the 6 hours prior and stating I need the part asap and him agreeing to have it that day. Never have anything to do with this pitty excuse for a shop

Hondatec are number 1 for used Honda parts, their knowledge is extensive, advise is accurate and prices fair.

This place is bad and lying owner it’s he tell u one price and then he change it later I wasing happy get price in paper before u put u car there don’t trust him with what he tell u

The service was excellent! Highly recommended and they are very professional especially guy named Steve. I’ve went to many auto shops, and electrical shops to look for my car but they cannot diagnosed what’s really the main problem why my airbag warning light is on.
Only Hondatec was able to fixed it.
It was really amazing he is my superhero just like my superman

Disgusting customer service. Tried to sell me $10 part that was already used for $30. Stingy people all they do is try rip you for your money don’t ever come here

Called and asked for shock absorber including struts, springs and rubbers. Because the guy can’t understand what I am asking for, he simply got frustrated and said he don’t sell them. This all in one minute time. Very poor customer service.
Add after reply- I said poor service because you simply hang up the phone on me without trying to help me with what I needed. Thats it. This is purely my experience and what I felt from the phone conversation and I don’t care how many years of experience the person I am talking to have if they are of no use for me.
I may have said wrong names, but you could have helped me with it. You didn’t. Thats it.

Today we had the pleasure of having Steve help us out with replacing our Honda accord Euro rear door. Steve went above and beyond, he is an extremely knowledgeable and skilful tradesman. Steve was offered extra money for the work he had done and refused to take it which demonstrates a person of honour and integrity. We will definitely be back should we need anything in the future. Keep up the great work!

Worst customer service ever, they are not willing to help, I went and ask to take a quick look at the problem, I was told it was too late 4 o’clock where they are supposed to close at 5: 30, they didn't even told me to come any other day at a different hour, have never seen such a rude behavior in a business, I will go anywhere but here and I wouldn't advice anyone to go

Don't know how to talk to customers, Rude behaviour, and Charged me 3 times more than the quoted price, but at the end when i used my car, after one week, I started to face the same problems.
Have called constantly asking for a fixed my car, as i have paid you huge amount for fixing it. When I call they always sound like I am interrupting their other work. Have called and asked 3 times and been told 'we'll get back to you' and never did.
Never go to this place, if you want to save your time and money.

When asked few questions to understand in detail I was told to go off.

Before u call someone dishonest, do me a favor and stand in front of mirror and u will know how dishonest looks like! U not only dishonest but a great liar too!

Do even think about it will simply rip you off will loose more money. They already have some plans how to do it.

They always sell me the worst conditioned parts for unfair prices and they talk in maso language behind my back and recently They put engine oil in my gear box and transmission oil in my engine and they said it will run alot better and lecturing me for 2 hours and claim they have 50 years of experience and they made my engine seized and wont give me a refund so i will take them to court to do something about it. To avoid disaster do not go to this hell hole

I have had my baby serviced twice here already, great service and knowledge of Honda’s. Good price too.
