Understand why they want to be paid in full. This has been the worst experience with any company I have even dealt with. After months late on their delivery date they arrived incomplete with their service team unable to complete the job with the items they had. Damaging the windows on trying to complete them. There contractors had no idea what they where doing. And after chasing them for four months to rectify the issues to have the job completed they are still yet to finish the job! OMG.they gave me faulty windows for my new build. Kept on leaking inside just after i washed them or bit or rain.in the end they hired an independent consultant to write a report to basically say the windows were ok.

Wow, unprofessional! Still waiting to fix errors from months ago. Site meeting 4 weeks ago with Peter D said I would have service within 3 weeks as parts needed to be ordered. 4 weeks later nothing has happened! Queried at week 3 and Peter D had not even ordered them with the service dept! Original Rep Glen has allegedly been blamed for embezzling or "working outside the parameters" requesting money upfront etc etc, somehow my order placed in Feb, delivered April & still not resolved in July got caught up in this. How many people do I have to start from scratch with. So far I have spoken with Peter D, Wayne B, Casey, Dianne, left msgs for Cheryl & Chris. I have also spoken with Maddie and Elijah at Geelong branch - What does a person have to do to get their order supplied correctly some 5 months later? You are holding up our build and have been for some time!
