I went early to my favourite shop TKMaxx and found plenty of what I was looking for in peace. Carpark spaces are also readily available at that time.

Small but useful centre with a good range of shops to cater for local residents.
One has to add that Highpoint Sopping Centre is 5 minutes away which has a much higher profile.

Not having the parents' room available, and needing to contact head office regarding the disabled toilet. Very poor. Then I was told someone would call me, and no one did phone me. Would not recommend this shopping centre.

My usual place to go for groceries and asian food.
Parking is available but hard at times. At they put in gyg, Carl's jnr and city cave which have taken up lots of carpark spaces.

Tk maxx, coles is really great and the deli is enormous, hairdresser, nail techs, great burgers, chemist warehhouse and reject shop.

Parking can sometimes get harder to find now with the new fast food and commercial buildings built.

This complex is quickly expanding to include additional shops which is great for the customer from a choice perspective however parking is starting to be a nightmare with more and more parking space taken to expand. Complex should really consider parking options before expanding any further.

It has got TK Maxx, a nice, cool place to shop. A variety of yummy food outlets to crave for. Give it a go!

TK Maxx within this centre always a good place for browsing. There's also a large Asian grocery store with fresh fruits and vegetables. You can pretty much get everything done here from eyebrow threading, nails and hair. The Vietnamese restaurant is also a good place for lunch.

Has pretty much everything you need under the one roof. Will be shopping here again in the near future.

Shopping is okay if you can find a carpark. New retail pads on the site have reduced the parking area. Coles is generally consistent when it comes to cleanliness, merch restocking, and service is okay. Bums out the front detract from the shopping experience.

Quite big asian grocery store in Ballard road.

Good service.

Having special deal on fruit and veggies daily. Veggies and fruits may not be fresh sometimes.

Plenty of options for noodles, frozen and dried products, limited options for fresh meats.

Good blend of stores.
TK maxx is great for bargains, Coles next door is good size and few small restaurants in the centre is great

Coles is quite large with a good range. The fruit and veggie shop in the asian grocery is not great.

Amazing store, amazing food aswell as extra stores being added sometimes. This is a 5 out of 5 shopping experience for all people including clothes shoppers, however you can't get many toys here.

Great little shopping area. Tk Maxx isn’t huge but very handy, an excellent coles, chemist warehouse, Asian grocery, nails, hairdresser, brows… as well as a few nice eateries, and that’s only on the inside! Guzman Y Gomez is also coming soon!

Very small shopping centre with Coles, Chemist Warehouse, a fruit store and a few nice restaurants. Often busy, but good if you need essentials.

The most amazing Asian Grocery Store available in the area, fresh produce and frozen dumplings (large variety) and an amazing selection of organised dry goods.

This mall has Coles, Chemist ans also big&cheap asia market also. Im strongly recommand this aisa market. It has many kinds of items and most cheap as I have seen in Melbourne. You can find Burger, Vietnal noodle in here
