Pretty good store. VERY helpful re customer service from Rick n another young girl. Not as good in re to price or quantity but the service n friendly attitudes makes up for it.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, they have a wide range of products for a small country store. Not often they don't have what your looking for. Highly recommend

The service is always excellent. There always are staff around to help and the shelves are usually well stocked. They are my closest hardware store and I dont hesitate to shop here if I need something urgent as they have good opening hours.

So disappointing to see a reduction in customer satisfaction! Bought a punnet of cucumber seedlings on Sunday with half of them dead and expected the price would be dropped accordingly but no, the salesperson ignored my comment ‘these look very traumatised’ and charged full price. The surviving tow plants died after two days. All of the lettuce were on deaths door too.

Have had a load of help from these guys and even if it's not in stock they'll get it in super quick. Appreciated all the help I got from Matt.

Always had good service here, friendly staff, I try get most of my stuff here to support this local business. Just got some deck stain, ordered night before. Picked up next day click & collect no worries. Got my job done at home. Very happy.

I have recently had exceptional service regarding our above ground pool, which was in desperate need of TLC. With a great team effort, and Matt’s’ attitude, I’m going to get this! We now have a swimmer able pool again.

Great value and very friendly staff not a massive range of products but the items they have are quality and very low prices

They have extremely limited range of items compared to Bunnings and honestly I think the prices are also on the high side. On the staff, I cannot say whether they are being nice or suspicious of you anytime I go there to buy potting mix. The potting mix are outside the store. Once I finish paying, for the items inside the store, the staff member is always offering and insisting to assist to load them in the car which I find strange.
For this reason at times, i prefer to drive up to Bunnings which is about 25kms away where i can shop freely and without anyone being suspicious of you

Actually been really impressed with this team! I defaulted to bunnings cos it's big, but with closed hardware's I've used this place a lot lately and they have definitely won me over, so always going to be trying here first. Really knowledgeable and helpful staff, not to mention heaps of staff on. Well done guys and gals.

This is a great hardware store with a good range at reasonable prices. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and always happy to help you out. Just good old fashioned service. Their hire range is good although they could be a bit more flexible and offer 24 hour overnight hire rather than same day.

Poor service, limited product range. Prices as you would expect for a small hardware store are significantly more expensive. One too many instances of poor customer service, wont be returning. I'd rather spend my money at Bunnings, 15 mins down the rd or Mitre 10 in Kilmore which has a greater product range. Parking is also very limited and can be an issue.

Excellent service from the staff at the store, particularly Matt Dempsey. Highly recommended for D. I. Y.repair and good advice.

Some staff are very friendly, others not so friendly. Especially if you want to return an item.

Shane is awesome great place. If you need any help with paints or varnishes/stains he is the one to ask. Also they cut wood to the size you want at $0.50c a cut, it is accurate too.

I’m here a lot for our landscaping materials, staff are extremely helpful, friendly, wouldn’t go anywhere else, plus it’s where the tradies go.
