Seemed to be a fair range of stock, but could not find High quality Electricians Side Cutters

Ye look, this hardware has pretty much a really good supply of products for pretty much anyone, I can't complain and most of the staff are great, Brendan, Peter, Ben. No worries at all.

Friendly staff and decent range of products. The timber yard has a good selection of products and easy to order in. Great delivery service too.

The customer service on the phone is absolutely appalling especially this one lady named just plain rude with the worse attitude known to man.
Please train your staff to be kind to people never shopping at this place again.

Ladies, if you take your projects seriously, don’t deal with Brendon. Though the manager has been very friendly, no compensation over Brendon’ appalling behaviour has been offered. There are better places where women are taken seriously so consider other shops.

When our hot water service went dead on a Friday I rang the nearest plumber recommended by the manufacturer. They on the phone they said it was an old unit would best be replaced. They came on the Monday to do a quote. A week later I still hadn’t heard from them. In the meantime my wife wanted a second opinion so she called Kyneton plumbing. They said that even though it was old, it may still be something fixable. They came the next day and found the problem was a blockage in the inlet filter. It wa fixed in two minutes. When you need them Kyneton Plumbing are quick and highly professional. Even though my wife won’t let me live it down, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Not very friendly in Covid time with some stupid rule you have to phone through an order and pay first. Woodend they great you with a smile an individually serve you.

Knockoff time 5pm on Friday are you kidding me? You see why bunnings take over!

Very helpful in buying ladders. Recommended another shop for high pressure cleaner. Sign of a professional team!

Why is everyone rating this badly? I have always run into staff who are warm and helpful. They have a large range of products at decent pricing. I especially love the old English man who is usually at the paint desk. He is such a legend. He takes AGGGESS to make your paint cos he does everything the handwritten way instead of using their stickers but he's so cute its ok.

Always had a good experience here. I often find someone who is looking forward to help me when I need it.and I really appreciate the help with loading the products in my car.
That's why I prefer to do my shopping here instead of Bunnings.

Ordinary service, product range, high prices. Some of the staff think you are doing them a favour by shopping there. High turnover in staff says it all really. Typical Kyneton business with no competition. Can’t wait for Bunnings to open on the freeway, will never shop there again. In the meantime, go there if you are desperate and don’t want to go to Bunnings in Bendigo. Some of the products have that much markup that that it will pay for your fuel to go to Bendigo anyway.

Generally very good but today I felt I was intruding. I am sure the attendant thought he was helping. Last time I enquired about this product I was given good advice and they were prepared to order the item in. Now I was ready to buy I was told it was not in stock and I could order on line from the supplier and collect at Mitre 10 in Woodend. Bring on Bunnings.

They have some OK items but not amazing prices. There are some well mannered staff but a few rude ones.

Horrible services. Extremely rude, lies about call backs and says things like "well if you don't like it find one yourself". For plumbing the worst place!

Helpful & knowledgeable service, great range. They even cut materials to length & help you load your trailer.

On some public holidays this website says store is ‘open’ when it is actually ‘closed’ so if your coming from a long distance I suggest you phone ahead. The store has everything you want but a limited variety of brands.
Staff are really helpful and friendly!
