During lockdown they do a great phone and collect service. Order & pay over the phone with card and drive in and they bring the goods to your car. Easy!

These guys are extremely helpful especially when you're not too experienced with DIY projects. I've asked for advice on many occasions on how to fix different things around the house, and never once have I been steered in the wrong direction. Always treated with respect and made to feel appreciated, and not like a nuisance in any way.
Would much rather stop in here than drive to the big green shed. Even though it doesn't look like a big place, they seem to have everything you need. Prices are good too. Keep it up!
Phoned Easter Saturday to order materials, booked earliest delivery for Tuesday, a few hours later our order arrived. These guys are awesome, so glad to have them in our neighbourhood!

Bought hardware there regularly for the last 18 years or so, but lately had some really negative experiences e.g. Took a photo of a product that they didn't have, and the assistant took my number to check on availability ASAP. 11 days later, no call. Rang the office and they identified the person concerned and said they'd relay the message to him to call me with the outcome. 9 days later, still no call. Prior to this I'd purchased a poisonous product that had spilt over me due to poor sealing. I returned the product and they said the manager would follow up. 3 weeks later, no call. The mega-chain Bunnings is further away, but that's where I'm going from now on.
