I really needed supplies and nowhere else has what I need.

Staff are always really friendly and helpful when I come in. I always have a plethora of questions about whatever DIY I'm trying to attempt with my very limited knowledge and they're always offering suggestions

Very rude to tourists and unhelpful. They are nicer to the locals. They obviously don’t care as it’s one of the only hardware stores in Lorne.

Doesn’t sell stock standard corking guns. Cannot tint wood stain. Does not sell anti fungal bathroom paint. Purchased 6 tap fittings one was incorrectly supplied brought it back with packaging and receipt and was refused an exchange. Very limited range of goods and overpriced with the new owner clearly inexperienced with hardware.

The “people” who own/run this place are unhelpful and rude. Drive to Anglesea instead, it’s worth it just to avoid interacting with the inbreds.

Was very disappointed with the customer service skills of the employees. I entered the store with my friends to have a look around and the employees were rude and automatically treated us like criminals and they were impolite. Take your business elsewhere

Was made to feel very unwelcome here, was asked 5 times about why my friends and I were there and pockets were searched, it seems that they do not like to see young people in the store for more than 2 minutes. Very disappointing and I do not recommend shopping here

Very unpleasant experience. Was planning on purchasing products, but decided not to, as a result of being constantly and rudely harassed by staff. Staff seemed to treat anyone under the age of 21 as if they were criminals. Disappointing.
