4 This shop has always been friendly but
I have never had this experience in this shop before untill now.

As a woman you made me feel very unwelcome and your phone manner was the same. I asked but you were unwilling to help me by placing an on-line order for me. Basically telling me you can't find it on-line and to do it myself. I was planning to buy quite a few things but felt so ashamed and degraded for asking how to properly measure for a padbolt I left. Your answer was just buy it and see. Which I thought was a bit basic for someone who works in a hardware store. No attempt was made to actually try and sell me something nor upsell me. My brain works in inches so asking a question shouldn't be demoralizing. This all happened infront of an other customer who seemed to be a regular and by your actions he was more important.
Used them for 20 years. Small hardware and timber business. Always seem to have what I need. Friendly helpful staff.

Great service, great staff, pretty good product selection. It's no big city bunnings, but it's a decent size country hardware store.
